Royal Pelican 2 Bed 2 Bath Canal Front Condo Just Reburbished

***Update: April 2018 NOW available ****

This executive condo has recently entered the market for renting. New tile floors throughout, new molding, new Master bath and New Couch and Love Seat and 65” wall mount flat screen TV are just some of the updates completed in Nov 2014. New Patio Furniture added in Jan 2016. All new Stainless Steel appliances (Dec 2016).The Condo is all on one floor (4th-Top floor) and serviced by an elevator.

Royal Pelican is a great from the heavy traffic. Quick access to the beach. A short walk to Santini Marina Plaza and a little over a mile drive to Publix. It is located is at the south end of Fort Myers Beach for easy access on and off the island. The Royal Pelican complex includes two heated pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard and a fishing pier. The condo has an oversized Master suite with an attached updated bath, an attached lanai plus a second bedroom and a second full bath and a second lanai for sitting out on and watching boats, fish, occasional dolphins and Manatee in the canal below. The condo has a partial ocean view as well. Master bedrooms has a Queen Bed, and the second bedroom has both a Queen and a twin bed In Addition, there is an inflatable Queen available in the unit to allow sleeping of up to 7.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, Keurig coffee maker etc. Appliances include Microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven and refrigerator with ice maker.

There is a formal dining table that seats 4 as well as additional seating at the kitchen bar for 2.

There is a Washer and Dryer in the condo for guests to use.

This condo has been designed both smoke free and pet free. High speed wireless internet (with in condo-wifi) and cable tv are provided for your stay. Please note that this condo has a one month minimum stay.

Royal Pelican is walking distance to Santini plaza - a shopping plaza that has everything from an ice cream shop, CVS to five star dining, many quaint shops and boutiques and 4 bars with nightlife. A 7-11 is also a short walk away. Boat and Kayak rentals, as well as Dolphin tours are across the canal from the condo. Lovers key and Times square are a few minute trolley ride away ($.75/pp)

2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath Condo with Penthouse View

My husband and I had the pleasure of spending a month in this spacious, updated condo. The condo was clean and especially well-equipped with everything you would need for and extended vacation.I can't think of anything you would need to bring other than your clothes. My husband and I were especially pleased to have two bedrooms with a queen-size bed in each. Many similar condos have twin beds in the second bedroom.I also liked the tile floors throughout the condo which gave it that clean feel.. The owner gave us access to beach chairs and bicycles. The location of this condo is ideal! It is a short walk to the beach and to shopping and restaurants. I am looking forward to returning here next year!!

Great 2-Bed/Bath Unit in a great location..

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 months in this newly renovated condo. The unit is just a short walk to the beach. The condo is on the top floor of building 9 and is large, clean and bright. All furnishing are as shown in the photos with the addition of two new wicker Martha Stewart chairs on one of the lanais. Both lanais have sun from about 1:00 p.m. to sunset and the sunsets are absolutely beautiful here! Everything you will need to live comfortably for 1-2-3 months or longer is in the unit, including new washer and dryer. All you need to provide is your own food.... When we arrived there was soaps, kleenex, toilet paper, etc. to tide you over for a few days. There also were K-Cup coffee in the cupboard for the Keurig. As far as location.....we have been going to FMB for 7 years and the south end of the beach has everything...restaurants, entertainment, shopping and even a fantastic fresh market in Santini Marina Plaza just a few minutes walk from the unit. The north end of the island does get quite busy but for those in the south end you can always venture off the island to Bonita Springs and Naples just a short drive further south. There is a trolley that runs up and down Estero Boulevard, which would take you to the Time Square area. We would definitely return to Michael and Lynette's condo in the future.

Loved the unit and the location!

We really enjoyed our 3½ months in Michael and Lynette’s lovely condo. It was exactly as described and was very well supplied with towels, bedding and kitchen ware. The unit is bright and well furnished. The location is great for walking to the beach, many restaurants and the movie cinema. And yes, we did see a few dolphins in the canal below the lanai! Michael and Lynette were very responsive and pleasant to deal with. We would not hesitate to stay there again.
