L'alloggio è decisamente migliorabile..si sono presentati diversi problemi durante il soggiorno tipo luci in bagno che non funzionavano e cattivo odore proveniente dall'esterno che entrava in casa..la padrona è stata disponibile nel provare a risolvere ma senza successo..per il resto proprietario disponibile sempre.

Pulito spazioso vicino al centro

Ci siamo trovati davvere bene, l'appartamento è spazioso, pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario. La cucina esterna è comodissima per le cene all'aperto. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge sia la spiaggia di San Vito che la zona pedonale con negozi, bar e ristoranti. Nelle vicinanze anche un supermercato . Gentilissima Caterina nell'accoglierci e nel darci informazioni e suggerimenti.

Fantastica!

Posizione strategica, vicina al mare, ma comunque lontana dal frastuono del centro, che dista pochi minuti a piedi. La proprietaria, gentile e disponibile in ogni momento. La casa, situata al piano seminterrato, rimane fresca e, sebbene dotata di impianto di condizionamento dell’aria, non è mai stato necessario accenderlo: temperatura ideale per il periodo estivo. Se dovessimo tornare a San Vito, sceglieremo sicuramente la stessa sistemazione!

Trois semaines de bonheur en famille

Nous avons séjourné dans cette appartement à San Vito du 6 au 27 juillet 2019. L’appartement est bien équipé et assez frais, nous avons utilisé la clime que très peu. La terrasse est un vrai plus, avec barbecue, cuisine et point d’eau pour se rincer de la plage. Les propriétaires, Caterina et Vito , sont vraiment gentils et disponibles. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et comptons revenir l’année prochaine.
