About this property

Very attractive new 1-bedroom apartment with terrace (sleeps 2/4), raised ground floor, quiet and peaceful. Located in Canneto (sea side resort on the island of Lipari) and very close to the beach (30 mt). Supermarket, other shops, bars, restaurants, bus stop, and departure point for excursions to the other islands are all within 100-200 mt. Ideal for a relaxing holiday.
Nicely furnished and well equipped with all comforts (air conditioning/heating - with supplement -,TV, washing machine). Accommodation consists of 1 large double bedroom, open plan kitchen/living room with sofa bed, bathroom and large terrace. If required it can be connected to Studio apt 2 pers. (ref 6360762)
and 1-bedroom apt 4 pers.( ref 6360818) to accommodate up to 10 people.
Prices vary according to the period. A supplement of 5 euros / day is required. for air conditioning / heating according to the season. The price does not include linen (many customers bring it) and it does not seem correct to indicate a higher price for a service that many customers do not use. In case of need, linen is available on site (27 euros / week or part thereof for 2 pers.) Security deposit of 100 euros. Deposit of 30% required upon booking. Delivery of the keys by the owner or a person appointed by the owner.

Ottimo appartamento, vicinissimo al mare e comodo per gli spostamenti, molto pulito e ottima accoglienza, non potevamo trovare di meglio , lo consiglio vivamente, ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Chez Enrico

L'appartement est situé dans une petite ruelle de Canneto, la station balnéaire de Lipari (il n'y a qu'une rue à traverser pour être sur la grande plage de galets) par contre pour prendre les bateaux pour aller sur les différentes îles, il vous faudra prendre un petit bus tout près de la maison (qui passe assez souvent , environs 10 à 15 mn de trajet) l'appartement est agréable mais nous n'y sommes pas beaucoup restées même pour manger car tout près il y a un super restaurant traiteur (PAPISCA) où nous prenions notre petit déjeuner et dîner (très bon rapport qualité pris !!) pas besoin de faire les courses ni la cuisine (les vraies vacances !!) Nous n'avons pas vu Enrico car n'habitant pas sur place, une amie à lui se charge de nous accueillir et de fermer la maison à notre départ Mais Enrico est un Monsieur Charmant et chaleureux avec qui j'ai eu un très bon contact par téléphone et qui n'hésite pas à aider, même à distance, puisqu'il parle très bien le Français ! Nous avons passé un super séjour chez lui et nous vous recommandons vraiment cette destination , les Îles Eoliennes sont magnifiques!!!

Superbe séjour!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement confortable, bien équipé, très propre et très agréable, conforme à la description et à deux pas de la mer. C'est une très bonne adresse que nous recommandons. Tout s'est bien passé avec la personne qui nous a accueillis. Pour mieux supporter la chaleur, il y a des ventilateurs qui ont compensé l'absence de climatiseur en fonction.

Casa dotata di tutti i servizi e confort.

Alloggio dotato di tutti i confort, pulito ed ordinato, vicino al mare e a tutti i servizi. Unica pecca: le pendole, seppur pulite, andrebbero rinnovate. Sicuramente lo consiglio agli amici di homeladays. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, attento alle osservazioni e alle esigenze che gli vengono poste.
