Fijne locatie in rustige groene omgeving

Schoon, ruim appartement met beschikking tot ruime tuin. Bakker, kleine supermarkt en koffiebarretje op loopafstand. Veel te zien en doen in de omgeving. Ligging tussen de wijnvelden en wijnhuizen. Zeer vriendelijke en nette eigenaars.

Alleen geschikt voor wie heimwee heeft naar vroeger

Het appartement bevindt zich in een meergezinswoning uit de jaren zestig en het comfort is navenant. Zo vind je in de keuken een fornuis op butagas en een koelkast met vriesvak, maar geen vaatwasser, geen koffiezetapparaat (alleen een kast vol percolators) en geen waterkoker. De badkamer in stemmig roze en zwart is voorzien van een toilet, wastafel en bidet, maar douchen moet je in de badkuip met plastic douchegordijn. De ramen zijn voorzien van rolluiken, maar in de zomer loopt de binnentemperatuur desondanks op tot 30 graden en als je 's avonds wilt luchten, word je binnen de kortste keren gestoken door tientallen muggen: er zijn namelijk geen horren aanwezig. De ouderslaapkamer ligt bovendien direct in het zicht van het huis ernaast, dus als je het rolluik open laat, ziet de buurman je 's ochtends in bed liggen! Er is weliswaar een wasmachine, maar die staat in de kelder en mag alleen worden bediend door de verhuurster. Het gebouw ligt naast een drukke uitvalsweg, waar de hele dag scooters, tractors, auto's, bussen en vrachtwagens langs denderen. Kortom, geen aanrader.
