Very nice

This is a very well appointed property uphill from the entrance gate to the community. It does not have a view, but a very nice plunge pool, two master bedrooms, full kitchen, covered parking (although the space is not assigned), outdoor showers, good AC, and other aspects that made it very comfortable. The beach club was very nice, with free covered cabanas for guests (of the owners) category, and right on the beach, and good drinks and food. We were very happy with the experience and would stay again. Also some nice restaurants a short walk away.

Beautiful!

Our stay in Langosta was so nice- the property was just as pictured, very well equipped kitchen, and very private back patio area with pool (was surprisingly cold but I didn’t mind!). Very short walk to a beautiful, quiet beach. Not great for swimming, but perfect for walking and sunsets. There are 2 great restaurants basically across the street, otherwise Tamarindo has much more casual options about a 10-15 min walk away. We did have a few small issues while we were there, but they were addressed promptly. Justin, one of the property managers was incredible! Would go back for sure.

Overall really great place to stay

The location is great as it’s not right in Tamarindo’s night life but close enough to walk to the core. The property was clean and it has its own pool. Renters also have access to the Beach Club which offers a restaurant right on the beach as well as a pool, plus a full gym. Everyone is nice. You can reach the owner and property manager anytime. The only problem we had is finding the place as it does give you the exact location just that it’s 100 metres from another place

Great stay! Would definitely stay here again!

The location of this property is great making it very easy to enjoy the beaches and towns of Tamarindo and Langosta. The property has really nice indoor/outdoor living. We loved the pool and ate outside everyday. This is a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Gloria was very good about communicating with us about check in. One of my favorite places I have stayed in Langosta and would definitely stay here again.

We loved this beautiful property. It’s in a great location, walking distance to the beach and just a bit further to the beach club. The beach club is very nice with excellent service. We thought the food there was quite good too. What is better than lounging in the pool with a cold beverage watching a parade of howler monkeys cross over above? I wish the small pool in the back garden had been heated but it was a lovely place for morning coffee. The restaurants around town are very good with excellent service as well. Highly recommend.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the local Tamarindo area on vacation in 2005 and have enjoyed their culture since. Spent winter months here for past six years, now onto more places to see, so renting the home.

What makes this property unique

The Point is located on the San Francisco Point, between Langosta Beach and Tamarindo Beach. Howler monkeys swinging limb to limb, parrots singing in the trees, butterflies and hummingbirds everywhere, nature at her best is truly a wonderful experience.
