Lovely and confortable apartment with splendids
views to the sea and to Puerto de la cruz, located in one of the best residential zone of the city, near to Loro Parque, Playa Jardin and
Punta Brava where to find small shops, chemistry
restaurants etcc. The buiding dated end 2003 of
charming architecture dispose of a climatized
swimming pool and of a large solarium area where
to relax and take the sun in private chairs ( 2 chairs by apartment).

Ruhige Oase

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist top. Die Nähe zum Strand, Loro Parque, Baseballfeld etc ist hervorragend. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Ferienwohnung. Sie ist gut ausgestattet. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick. Es war ein angenehmer, ruhiger Aufenthalt in der Wohnanlage.

Très belle résidence au calme

Une belle résidence au calme, très bien entretenue, appartement parfait pour une famille, spacieux et bien équipé, avec une très belle vue depuis le balcon ! Facile d'accès et idéal pour ceux et celles qui veulent voyager sans être dans des grands complexes touristiques ! Propriétaire très accueillant et disponible, parle plusieurs langues. Ruhiges Ferienwohnung

Wir waren 6 Wochen in der Wohnung . Schöner Blick aufs Meer und Puerto. Die Lage hatten wir absichtlich gewählt weil wir wussten es ist hier ruhig was in Puerto und Umgebung selten ist . Mit dem Auto ist man schnell auf die Zubringer und zu Fuß schnell in Punto Alto und am Strand. Mit dem Vermieter Herrn Jorge hatten wir einen sehr netten Kontakt. Alles in allen ++++
