We did not enjoy our stay at this flat

This is a tired and old apartment with rundown and inadequate amenities.

On arrival we found the floors and refrigerator unclean and a mop and bucket with water in the living room. The 'linen' was placed on the bed so we had to make the beds. The linen was incredibly old and thin, the mattresses and pillows old and uncomfortable. The main bed is only a double. There were no towels so we had to call several times and argue to get these delivered. Again they were old and thin.

The unit is adjacent to a sub arterial road and very noisy so the windows had to be closed at night. There is of course no air conditioning so the nights were hot and unpleasant. There is parking on the street outside but its very crowded due to the other multitude of residents in the adjoining unit blocks. We parked illegally several nights.

The couches in the living room have covers as the upholstery is cracked and old. The crockery is absolute minimum and a hotch potch of left overs, and there are NO wine glasses. The bus into town takes about 15 minutes and more if there's traffic.

The 'local' restaurants and bars are not much chop and pretty rough at night .

This place is overpriced and we were very embarrassed as we organised this for a family get together.

"This apartment is absolu...

"This apartment is absolutely lovely.

3 Bed rooms, 2 Bathrooms, Sitting/Dining room and a kitchen with a full cooker, washing machine and dishwasher. The whole apartment is spotlessly clean.

Ainhoa the owner is lovely, though she has very little English, she was very helpful with information on the area.

Located on the first floor of a recently built apartment block, in a residential area of San Sebastian, about 3 kilometres from the centre, it is an ideal location for exploring the city and seeing how ordinary San Sebastian’s live, away from all the normal tourist traps. An equivalent apartment located in the city centre would be three times the price per week.

There is a supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants’, all within 100meters of the apartment.

There is free on street car parking all around the area. Don’t bring your car into the city centre. Parking is expensive and scarce. The metro station is 80meters from the apartment and runs every 15 min and has you in the centre in 5 min (2 stops), for 80 cent, the only way to go. Taxi to the centre €7 ish.

We ate several times in, Bar-Resturante IRUNA, where the food was lovely and the staff very friendly. We were the only foreigners around the area and all the locals made us feel so welcome! The hospitality we experienced was unbelievable.

San Sebastian is a beautiful city, beaches are gorgeous and all the tapas bars give the place a wonderful atmosphere. It’s not cheep but no where near as expensive as other major cities, such as Barcelona.

This was our third visit and we will go back again.

I can highly recommend this apartment for your visit to San Sebastian."

No dudéis en reservar!

Os recomiendo muchísimo este piso, es tal cual lo muestran las fotos: nuevo, amplio, luminoso, muy muy agradable. Por otro lado, no es necesario mover el coche para ir al centro: la parada de autobuses a 15 metros del portal os lleva a donde necesitéis en un cuarto de hora. Tiene negocios cerca, supermercado, panadería, estanco..etc... y el paseo bordeando el río no tiene desperdicio. Nuestra estadía ha sido excelente!

L'appartement est conform...

L'appartement est conforme à la description, propre, pratique et agréable. Les commerces environnants sont pratiques et l’arrêt de bus juste à côté permet de se rendre à la plage très rapidement. Le seule bémol est sur le bruit de la circulation. La propriétaire est extrêmement accueillante et je le remercie encore.

A casa está muito bem con...

A casa está muito bem conservada, com todos os elementos necessários para uma boa estadia. Perto de supermercados, cafés, a 20min a andar da praia. Varanda magnifica, vizinhos calmos. Confortável para 5 pessoas.

As you enter San Sebastián, the first rail that see right hand. Is situated in the neighbourhood of Amarah, where this the Real Sociedad football field. Neighborhood of side is Loiola, where is located the floor.

Restaurants of all kinds. They take much the famous sidrerias where eats superbly which likes the cider, fish (bakalado) and especially a good chuleton ox and dessert, strong cheese, nuts and Quince. And the "pintxos" of the old town, spectacular.
