Beautiful two bedroom two bath 1194 sq. ft. second floor property. Which has views of the 27 hole Azinger golf course. Situated on the second floor (elevator). This Ashbury model offers a separate bedroom floor plan. Located in the rear of heritage bay, with no road noise! The lanai has complete privacy. Exquisitely furnished, oversized flat screen tv with open floor plan is perfect for entertaining. In your fully stocked gourmet kitchen you will enjoy, stainless appliances, rich cabinetry, eat-in area + breakfast bar.

The Master suite is elegant and offers oodles of closet space. The master bath is enticing, with dual sinks and raised vanities and a large walk in shower. Heritage Bay is an absolutely beautiful facility set in a preserve with lots of natural scenery. The golf course is in excellent shape and is a joy to play.

Heritage Bay is located 25 minutes from SW Florida International Airport. A short drive will take you to Old Naples pristine sandy beaches and state parks, Fort Myers Beach, Marco Island, a Casino, Ava Maria, wonderful restaurants, great shopping, museums and live entertainment. For sports fans, the new Redsox Spring training facility 'Fenway South' is about 15 minutes away along with the Minnesota Twins.

difficulty getting tee times

Enjoyed the satellite pool in the mornings. The cabana had good entertainment. The weather was perfect. Getting on the golf course almost impossible. Paid for amenities including golf, but when it came time to sign up tee times were mostly taken by tournaments. During high season they should eliminate tournaments since renters stand no chance of getting on the course. They also have leagues that occupy tee times too. Between tournaments and leagues golfing as a renter leave little open time. The resort is well kept up and other things to do if you don't mind not golfing.

Great condo in a great community

My wife and I had a great experience and could not have been happier with the condo or the community. Chris is an excellent VRBO host. Would highly recommend.

Nine weeks of Fun

We had such a lovely time in Naples at this very comfortable property. It is obvious that the owners of this property care about a great guest experience! The kitchen was well appointed, which is great since I love to cook. The property was easy to keep clean and was perfectly clean when we arrived. Very nicely furnished with comfortable beds and linens. Every morning having my coffee on the screened porch overlooking the lake and golf course was a great way to start my day. Then a quick walk around the neighborhood and a work out at the fitness center before playing golf. Would definitely rent this place again.

Loved Golf course. Watching the 14 th hole every day was awesome. Saw alligators swimming in pond

Wonderful place and would stay there again

We have never stayed a rental home as well supplied as this property. Facilities were very good and satellite pools were not crowded. Golf course was well maintained and had tees for all abilities, but getting a good time on some days was a challenge. One could play easily 3 times a week but not all prime hours.
