This huge Provencal farmhouse is in the middle of open air nature. It is rustic, wonderful and magic thanks to a very pure sky.
Extra information, photos and videos on our website
The house is the only habitation in the heart of a 270-acre property
It has a true soul. There are vaulted rooms that stay cool in summer including a large living room with 4 vaulted walls that is ideal to light a great winter chimney fire, to listen to music and to relax in a cool place in summer.
Unobstructed views of the entire valley
The first neighbour is 2.5 km away
The house is surrounded by old trees, cedars, fig trees, horse chestnuts and limes and perfumed by all the Provencal herbs (rosemary, thyme, savoury, bay and marjoram).
There are 4 bedrooms with excellent quality beds including 3 big ones, 2 with double bed (1 with 160 cm bed and 1 with 140 cm bed) and 2 with 2 single beds (90 cm).
1 baby cot
There are many cultural leisure activities (music and theatre festivals) nearby (Avignon, Aix, Orange and Luberon), exceptional Le Bleuet bookshop in Banon and many local restaurants within 30 km radius including a terrific starred restaurant.
Absolute seclusion and quietness
Endless opportunities of walks, hikes, bike rides and horse rides and table tennis and professional table football in the large playroom.
Swimming spot in a small stream within 15 minutes on foot from the house
Ideal for reading, meditation, writing, painting, walking, bike riding, cooking, tasting and also simply loving.
The only danger: the addiction that kept us here for more than 50 years.

Why they chose this property

Hospital doctor in love with this region (birthplace of Jean Giono) and with this house for more than 50 years because of its immersion in nature and the beauty of this place and the sky. It is ideal for children because the first road is 2.5 km away. Endless walks and many surrounding cultural sites.

What makes this property unique

This place is so particular that it becomes addictive. Most of our guests come back at least once.
