Le gite demande des travaux de finition intérieur et exterieur.

Gite calme, piscine non chauffée donc non praticable, des travaux d'entretien devrait être fait afin de rendre le gite plus agréable. Exemple : Lame de terrasse extérieur vieillissantes, façade général sans entretien, peinture intérieur ayant mal vécue les locations, etc. Il ne suffit pas d'encaisser l'argent des vacanciers, mais aussi faire le nécessaire pour leur confort.

Calme...

Très calme et notre chien s'est éclaté sur le grand terrain clôturé. Nous avions tout ce qu'il fallait pour notre séjour. Dommage juste que la boulangerie à proximité n'avait pas beaucoup de choix niveau vienoisseries, obligé de prendre la voiture.

Maison agréable au calme

Séjour sympathique dans une maison à la campagne spacieuse. Il faut plutôt considérer qu’elle comporte 3 chambres; la quatrième étant très petite et sans fenêtre (juste 4 m2 environ). Propriétaire sympathique.
