Family antiques add to the comfort and character of a home, instead of the sterile monotony of a hotel. Settled down to relax or study in front of the gas-log fireplace.

Comfortable and convenient to stores, restaurants, and walking/biking trails at Peaks View Park. Safe, quiet family neighborhood where you'll enjoy a long, leisurely walk.

Well-lighted private entrance from great, shaded patio. Enjoy a quiet walk on our neighborhood streets. Well-equipped full kitchen, cable TV, WIFI, central heat and A/C. Furnished basement apartment is owned by LU professors, only 15 minutes from the University.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED. NO PETS ALLOWED.

(The owners have dogs but the apartment is pet-free. You may not see the dogs during your stay but please be sure to close the gate behind you as you come and go.)

We have stayed at many rental properties and very few, if any, are able to beat this. The property is essentially a 1br, 1bath with all the amenities. Very spacious, comfortable, and private. Exceptionally clean as well. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The property is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood and only a 10 minute drive to shopping and restaurants. Will definitely stay there again when in the Lynchburg area!
