tres decevant

menage mal fait poussieres douche sale linge de toilette douteux vaisselle et casseroles a relaver car tres sale frigo et congelateur ne marchait pas donc viande plus utilisable echelle d'acces cassee et dangereuse location a fortement deconseiller , les photos ne correspondent pas a la realite je suis tres deçu car j'ai toujours fais confiance a abritel depuis des annees . j'espere que vous aller faire le necessaire . mme RODRIGUEZ epouse GARRO

Diese Villa eignet sich fabelhaft für eine größere Gruppe. Sie hat großzügige Außenanlagen, viele Zimmer, Küchen und Bäder. Die Aussicht und die Ruhe sind herrlich. Wir drücken ein Auge zu, dass hier und da eine Klospülung undicht war oder die zweite Geschirrspülmaschine nicht funktionierte etc. Der technische Zustand entspricht dem für die Gegend üblichen Standard würden wir sagen.

Italienisches Flair mit Abstrichen

Sehr schön gelegen im Hinterland von Andora, mit tollem Ausblick. Wir waren eine große Familie und es war genug Platz für alle. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas abgewohnt und es bedarf ein paar Reparaturen und Renovierungen, aber wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Der Pool (Durchmesser 6 m) war gut. Toller Pizzaofen im Aussenbereich. Große gut ausgestattete Küche mit großem Gasherd. Jedoch hatten wir ein echtes Ameisenproblem. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es fallen nochmal Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser, Gas etc.) von ca. 10% des Mietpreises an. Zum Strand sind es ca. 15 Minuten Fahrweg. Die Strände an der Küste sind privatisiert und es fallen zusätzlich Kosten für die Liegen/Schirme an! Es ist schwierig einen frei zugänglichen Strand zu finden an dem man nicht wie die Sardinien nebeneinander liegt.

Great House with beautiful view

Really great house with all You need for a great vacation. The house is well equipped and very spacious. The terrace is huge with plenty of areas to relax or play games beside the large dining area. The owners were very nice and both welcome and departure was done by the owners themselves which made it a very good experience. We would definitely like to stay in the house again.
