Charming studio apartment

Nicola was a wonderful, and helpful host. The apartment is clean, and easy to get to, everything in the heart of Florence is within 10 min walk from this apartment, and its very close to the train station, making any trips out of town to visit other cities, a very easy task. The apartment has everything you would need to live comfortably I stayed for 5 weeks and was quite comfortable here.

Semana fantastica no apartamento. Bem localizado muito próximo do centro. Podia melhorar com um micro-ondas ou mini-forno, e um melhor sistema de insonorização. Fotos não enganam, o apartamento é pequeno mas funcional.

Good place for 1-2 nights.

Nicola is very nice, he greeted us when we arrived. The place is clean, but it's small. I would recommend staying here if you're visiting Florence for 1-2 days, but not any longer than that. It is close to the train station and not too far from main attractions. The bed is a futon, which is not the most comfortable to sleep on. It's noisy in the evening 8pm-midnight (because of drunk people) and early morning midnight-6 am(because of delivery trucks). If you're a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. My husband and I live in a big city and we thought the noise level was high. Also, make sure you check the amenities closely because there's no wifi at this location, if that's important to you. This place wasn't the right choice for us, but Nicola was responsive and the place was well maintained.

if you like...........

if you enjoy--- being close to train station n hearing clicking suitcases, drunks shouting in street n breaking bottles, constant street noise, smallest apt ever, no microwave, oven, toaster, lumpy foam rubber pillows, no top sheet---you should book this apt. immediately. The location is perfection with food, train, groceries etc. within steps.

Great little apartment in Florence

This was a great little apartment in the heart of Florence. Everywhere was walkable. The apartment is a tiny studio. The bed takes up half the room, but it's not like you're hanging around in the apartment. You're out seeing the sights. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Easy foot access to everything we wanted to do.
