A true beauty in South Rehoboth Beach, 221 Laurel Street is a meticulously maintained custom home with a spacious, open-concept floor plan. Guests enter through the front of the home into a large first floor, that flows through the entire story of the home. The living room transitions seamlessly to the dining area and kitchen. In the rear of this home's first floor, guests will find a primary bedroom suite. Completing this comfy coastal retreat are two screen porches, one on the front and one on the back of the home with seating and outdoor dining space. Upstairs, on the second floor, guests will find three more bedrooms, one is a second primary bedroom suite, and the other two feature their own bathrooms as well. Overlooking the backyard on the second floor is a deck, providing outdoor space for all to enjoy. No Rehoboth Beach rental is complete without a backyard, and the space at 221 Laurel Street is truly spectacular. It features an entire outdoor kitchen area, finished with a grill and mini fridge. There is off street parking for two cars and the owner provides one on street parking permit. The home is less than three blocks to the beach. This is a non-smoking home and pets are not permitted.

Guest must pay $1,500 refundable security deposit.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $256.20.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals.
