Apartment/ flat - Cervinia

the apartment is located in a residential complex of the 70s and has been completely renovated. it is located at 2130 meters above sea level and is on the ninth floor, in front it has an incredible view of the mountain arch and from the rooms you can enjoy the view of the Matterhorn and the forest that seems to enter the house. It is a large and bright three-room apartment, all in larch wood paneling. it consists of two bedrooms, the master bedroom with double bed, bedside tables and a large wardrobe, with a French window that opens onto the balcony, where sitting on a beautiful chest you can admire the Matterhorn. the other is the children's room with a sturdy bunk bed and a comfortable wardrobe. also from this room you can access the balcony overlooking the Matterhorn, there is a nice bathroom with a large hydromassage shower, ideal for resting after a day of skiing. In the bathroom there is also a washing machine and a small wardrobe hidden in a niche in the wall. in the living room there is a kitchenette equipped with a 12-place dishwasher fridge and 4-plate electric hob and a wooden table for 8 people. one of the two sofas is a sofa bed with a double bed. there is a cabinet with television and above all from the window you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the mountain arch. 30 meters from the entrance to the house there is the high sky chairlift with its beautiful black slopes! and in the complex below the house there are bars, restaurants and minimarket to avoid having to go down to the village and the shop that sells ski passes. There is a garage in use with the property and there are numerous parking spaces in front of the house. The town is about 800 meters away, a nice walk, but there is also a bus service. Ideal location for those who love peace and complete immersion in the mountains and woods

APPARTEMENT MAGNIFIQUE SITUATION GROGRAPHIQUE TRES APPROPRIE AU SKI

Les conditions d'hébergement exceptionnelle, appartement spacieux, propre, mur en lambris, , parfaitement equipé:cuisine, salle de bain, chambres et literie, A RECOMMANDER la situatuion géographique me convenait parfaitement pour faire du ski. pas d'avis sur le garage je n'ai pas pu m'en servir (pour petite voiture dixit la concierge)

Great ski-in/ski-out apartment

Simona has a stylish, spacious and well-equipped ski-in/ski-out apartment with fantastic views (the mountains encasing Cervinia are stunning). It was great, even the teenagers I went with noticed. (There’s loads of storage and drying space plus a communal ski locker on your way to the slopes.) The closet lift really is only 30m away and we never had to queue for it. The black runs it serves can be done by a decent intermediate and anyway it quickly turns into a very gentle red to take you to the Plan Maison cable car and gondola which you’ll need to take to access the rest of the mountain. Alternatively, you can just ski there, although it’s not the nicest first thing. You can pick up pastries and bread (if ordered the night before) from one of the 2 restaurants in the building but the mini-market is no more and you really have to go to Cervinia proper to do a shop (5 minutes in a car, 25 minutes walking). There is a bus service but on the one occasion we tried to take it (when the Cime Laghi gondola was closed and so there was no skiable way to get back to apartment) we waited for an hour before having to walk back. On Zermatt – sometimes the lifts to get there are open, sometimes they’re not (only twice in the week we were there). Just get a Cervinia pass and buy an ‘add-on’ to Zermatt when the crossing is open.

Nice friendly flat in a condominium at the ski slope.

The building is not knew but well maintained and clean. There is a reception service where we could collect the keys and got all the necessary information. The location is superb from skiing perspective: the Cielo Alto lift is beside the building. There is also ski shop where you can buy also the skipass (sometimes crowded, be there at 8:15 if you don't want stay in a long queue) and a basic grocery shop (fresh bread) & pizzeria and a bar. The centre is a long walk or a short ride with the unfrequent bus. Note that if the lift Cime Bianche Laghi is out of operation, you cannot ski back from the Plan Maison area, you have to walk down the busterminal and go home by bus. We arrived by car with roof rack, thus we could not use the garage spot provided, but there were many few places past the reception ~50 meters. (There are few places around the entrance, but these are cleaned from the snow weekly once, you have to leave them that time.) The flat was comfortable for us (5 people). Well maintained, eg. there are plugs even at both levels of the bunk bed. The bathroom is new and nice, kitchenware is OK. Generally it is better than on the pictures. We liked it very well, and would came back any time.

Lovely Ski holiday at Cielo Alto

We love this cosy little apartment, and this is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here for skiing. Views are amazing from the balcony. The apartment is very easy to ski in and ski out. There are some useful shops on the ground floor. The sel-catering amenities are basic, but we were confortable, warm and well-fed - what more do you want? :-)

Lovely apartment with great views

We had a week here in January. Really nice and comfortable apartment. The building is rather tired but works ok. The location is good for ski in ski out although not great for location to village. Bus service is poor so 20 min walk each way. Apartment gives good views and is warm and well kitted out. I'd go back but would consider taking a car.
