Garden House 1 is located on beautiful Coco Beach in a private part of Playa Del Carmen. Garden House 1 is away from the hustle & bustle of busy 5th Ave away but only a short 3 minute walk to the top of the street. Garden House 1 is located on the ground level and offers both beach and pool access at ground level. Floor to ceiling window offer views of the Caribbean ocean and Cozumel Island. Garden House 1 is a beautiful decorated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite floor plan with privacy and separated between the kitchen and laundry room. There is a a king size bed in the master suite and two full sized beds in the second suite or those bed can be also be made into a king bed in the second bedroom. Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, the living room does have a pull out bed if you have more then 4 in your party but there is an extra charge for any number over 4 guest. The additional nightly charge for the 5th person is $50 per night & $75 per night for 6 people. The kitchen dinning room, and living give you a huge area for gathering to eat or the huge patio that seats 6 is ideal to enjoy your morning coffee or a cocktail in the afternoon while listening to the ocean and watching the sunset. The infinity pool that is 3 steps from my door or our private beach club is located closed to Garden House 1.
World famous 5th Ave is a short 3 minute walk and access to amazing shopping, restaurants night life or and ice cream or gelato after dinner. Complete with all the comforts of home including American & Canadian TV in the master suite & Net flicks & streaming in the living room to make a comfortable evening at home or to catch up on what's going on back home. Equipped with a small washer & dryer, BBQ on the patio makes for comfortable living. I just purchased 2 beautiful beach bike that if interested you are welcome to use with a simple signature of release of liability. Beautiful business center, 2 floors of a brand new gym and most of all the beach and pool is just steps from your door. Round trip airport transportation is available for up to 4 people with my private driver for $175 round trip and anything you need while your in Playa can be easily arranged including tours, excursions as well as car rental if you like to go explore on your own. All this can be easily be arranged upon request. My on site manager who over sees everything is here to make sure your vacation is unlike any vacation you have had. Our private beach club offer's drinks, snacks and food for a minimal charge and two other beach club restaurants on both sides of the condo. Playa Del Carmen has so much to offer but Garden House 1 is simply paradise as you are able to look out your windows and have the view of the crystal blue waters of the caribbean, white sand beach's, and Cozumel. It truly is unlike any other property in Playa del Carmen. The infinity pool has a section for kids, a lap pool for swimming and cooling chairs to be able to enjoy and sit in on any afternoon. Umbrella's and chair's at both the pool and beach are perfect for reading or an afternoon nap. Private massage is also available on our beach for $40US while listening to the ocean. When night falls to be able to leave the screen door open on the master suite and hear the waves crashing on the beach is peaceful and siren and unlike any other place you will find.
