This comfortable, modern loft is in the Malasaña neighbourhood.

The comfortable, modern loft in the Malasaña district is 50 metres from Plaza Dos de Mayo and 100 metres away from Calle Fuencarral.

Walking Gran Via and Chueca are ten minutes away, Puerta del Sol is 15 minutes away, and the Museo de Pradol is 40 minutes away. We are at Tribunal metro stop, although three metro stops, Tribunal, Bilbao, and Noviciado, are nearby. All of the amenities are in the surroundings including a market, shops, restaurants, theatres, terraces, and a children's playground in a nearby square.

It is new, clean, well lit, pretty, and peaceful. There is a 20-m living room and open spaces. You will find neither a corridor nor obstacles. You can organise the place to suit your own tastes, whether you visit the city for work or on holiday.

Enjoy the 42” TV, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, great heating, air con, ample wardrobe space, brand new mattresses, and a comfortable double sofa bed. The extra bed has a single latex mattress (shown the picture of the white sofa). The building is both peaceful and classic.

Malasaña is thought to be Madrid's bohemian neighbourhood. It may be quiet, but there is nothing boring about it. Here tradition both young and old live together without hassle, tradition blends easily with modernity. Its stone streets have a relaxed feel during the day, suitable for neighbourhood life without the nuisance of traffic or the noise from the other streets in the city centre. On weekends, people flock to these streets. There is animated nightlife on the terraces and in the restaurants, pubs, theatres. That being said, you won’t disturb the relaxing atmosphere in the flat. Walking around and making discoveries is a delight with the range of fantastic, cheap deals.

Over the last few years, the neighbourhood has been revamped; artists and visitors have put it on the map opening shops, galleries, bookshops, restaurants, and original cultural offerings.

The building was built in the 1800s, like almost all of Malasaña. It has two large balconies with plants that lead onto the quiet Calle Santa Lucia. To reach the third floor, you climb up a winding staircase... Some families in the building have lived their whole lives here and, in the last few years, more young professionals have moved into its flats.

The recently renovated flat is a welcome surprise. It makes you feel really comfortable and right at home in Madrid from the moment you arrive, guaranteed.

To make the reservation effective you must make a 100 of the total fee into my bank account (bank transfer) or Credit card from Homelidays Web , and the remainder to be paid upon delivery of the keys.

Take care and respect the neighbors. - if the neighbors call the police because you're having a party at home (If you make a lot of noise), you may be expelled from the apartment. - If someone rings the bell, may be the mailman or someone introduces advertising in mailboxes. Do not open - You can not smoke in the patio/ stairs of the building.

perfect spot!!

This is the perfect apartment, in the perfect neighborhood, in a near perfect European city! With Nacho and Enrique providing a seamless, welcoming transition from the airport to immediate living, this was one of our best vacations. We do not need to look elsewhere for our secret hideaway in Madrid, its on vrbo.

Sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the city. As described. Nacho met us and explained everything. Walking distance to all the main sites. Would have no hesitation in returning or recommending.

Great location

Close to restaurants and tapas bar which was great. The place had no air conditioner which meant we had to sleep with the window open. People outside were parting loudly until 3am, on Friday the partying was still going at 5am. If you like the nightlife this is definitely the place for you!

Excellent Space

Enrique clearly directed us to the apartment prior to our arrival. His representative, Nacho, was there to assist us with our bags. Nacho used a local map of the area to show us restaurants, museums, and other sights in the city. The space was just as described; it looked just like the pictures. The apartment was located close to restaurants, stores and the metro. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if we visit Madrid.

Beautiful, clean and bright apartment in an excellent location. Close to the metro, shops and excellent restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely rent this apartment again.

Map

The airport is 40 minutes away by metro. Take line 8 from the airport to Nuevos Ministerios, then change to line 10 for Puerta del Sur and get off at Tribubal station.

Taxis take around 25 minutes and charge above € 25/30. This depends on which terminal you arrive at and the time.
