Fourwinds #201 is an east corner gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 2nd floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1000 sq ft boasting all new wood-like porcelain tile and freshly painted throughout. The kitchen and bathrooms have exotic gray/white tone hand-picked granite and beautiful backsplashes. The condo has a modern, clean-line décor with all new flat screen TVs professionally mounted. The master en suite bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The guest bathroom is accessible via the 2nd bedroom and hallway. Hallway bunks, suitable for children and sofa sleeper in living room makes the unit sleep 6 adults and 2 children comfortably. ****No Monthly Rentals

Fourwinds, a smoke free property, is a 9 story building with 4 units per floor located in Orange Beach approximately 5 miles east of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. The property has an outdoor pool, hot tub, kiddie pool and BBQ grills. 2 car limit. 25 year age limit to rent.

This place is a Dump

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was in bad shape. Walls in living room water damaged and mold has developed. Dishwasher door does not stay up, must latch. Chair broken. Started painting building with power scaffold. We had a corner unit, had a worker blocking view from balcony for a couple of days. My sister in law was visiting and the worker engaged her in conversation telling her how much money he sends back to his family in Honduras. Ropes from scaffold rattled most nights while sleeping. Drain stopper broken in one bathroom. Garbage pickup at 5:30 to 6:00am on Saturday. Very loud while sleeping. Main bathroom smelled like urine. We cleaned a couple of times. Could not get of smell. Refrigerator had a broken shelf, shower had a hole in it, repaired with duct tape. Dishes in cupboard dirty. Overall, a bad place to stay.

Great condo in a great location settled close to the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was well kept and clean. I was very happy with the location and proximity to the beach and pier as those are our two most visited spots. The building was quite and with it being a smaller condominium construction we never waited on the elevators. When we arrived we carried everything by hand to our rooms making several trips without knowing there are carts kept in the hiding holes (would have been good to have a sign letting guests know about this) is my only complaint. The pool was clean and never over crowded with people. Overall this was an excellent place to stay and close to restaurants and grocery stores. There was plenty of parking although the sign for the condo is kind of small and we would just about miss it every time but at no fault of the condo the building next doors shrubs and sign kind of over shadow Four Winds’ sign. Great place to stay and we will definitely be retuning again.
