Outstanding Location and View
The view from this unit is wonderful - ocean view and sunsets. There are surfers, dolphins, and otters active in the near view. The rooms are comfortable. Nice kitchen and dining area large enough for 8.
Couldn't ask for a better location!
We usually stay near the Mendocino area. This trip we wanted to stay near Santa Cruz Capitola area. So happy we found this Home! You couldn't ask for a better beach front location. The property is literally steps to the beach. So many great restaurants within a mile or two of the home as well. We will be back for sure!

Relaxing
Gorgeous view, all the essentials and next to a beach
Can't beat the view
Great place to hang out and soak up the sun and sound of the ocean. We didn't want to leave, but if you do, you can walk to great beaches, surf breaks and some good restaurants in Capitola.
Girlfriend's Reunion
This was one of our girlfriend reunion getaways. We had both units for 3 gorgeous nights right on the beach! Both units were fully stocked with everything you would need to feel right at home. The sunset and surf right out front was incredible. I knew that upstairs would be the hub for everyone, so us quite ones choose a room downstairs to escape and sit by the fireplace after our soak in the hot tub. I would recommend this rental and look forward to another stay in the future.
