New complete renovation both inside and out. This cozy home has many extras for your enjoyment. A nice back yard with a cedar deck overlooking the hot tub, gardens, and a five hole chipping and putting green.

This home is tasefully decorated with 2 bedrooms upstairs, a large family room, dining room, and open kitchen.

Downstairs has large windows, one bedroom, a full bath with heated floors, and a large family room, complete with a wood stove and a large smart T.V.

A great location just west of downtown. A ten minute walk to the C train, a one minute walk to a bus stop, easy and close access to Hi-Way 1 west to Banff.

Fantastic find

This 3 bedroom home was great! It looks like it was just remodeled and Décorated. It had all the emintys one would want or need. The back yard was beautiful.

The owner, David, was very easy to communicate with and arranged someone to meet us at the house to make us familiar with everything.

It is close to Safeway and downtown where there are tons or restaurants.

We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Comfortable house, great location

We were a group of 6 adults in Calgary for the Stampede. We found the house very clean, comfortable and convenient. We had everything that we needed and David was a great host. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe.

We would definitely return.

Great Stay for the Whole Family!

This rental home met all our expectations and more! We especially enjoyed the private backyard complete with BBQ, hot tub and mini golf. Our boys are already planning how we can transform our own backyard at home into a mini putt.

The house was well equipped, clean and comfortable. This quiet neighbourhood was within walking distance to ball fields, Convience stores and the C- train. We found the location very good for accessing the highway to Banff, Spruce Meadows and Drumheller. We used the C-train to go downtown for the Stampede. Parking at the home was super convient and easy for unloading suit cases or groceries.

The owner, David, was very accessible by email. Booking, check in and check out went very smoothly. We highly recommend this rental.

Great home to stay in

This was a wonderful home to stay in during our week in Calgary. It's in a central location, close to many amenities. It was super clean, the bed were comfortable, and the rooms had dark out blinds on them- which is important in Canadian summers. The kitchen was excellently stocked- even with spices- which is a rarity in vacation rental homes. The yard is beautifully landscaped and fun with the putting green and hot tub in the back yard, with full privacy. The owner David was super accessible via email, he responded very quickly. He was out of town when we arrived and had a friend greet us at the home to give us a quick run down. This was one of the best homes we've ever stayed in, and we will be using it again during our visits to Calgary.

Perfect Home Away From Home!

Our family had the pleasure of experiencing a true home away from home for 3 weeks. We rented this house while our home was undergoing flood repair restoration. This house was located in a very quiet neighbourhood with lots of mature trees, and a relaxing back yard setting consisting of lots of plants and flowers, a private hot tub and a 5 hole putting green. Our family enjoyed many laughs and relaxing times in this backyard.

The house was very well equipped right from the relaxing recliners, which we enjoyed nightly watching the smart TV after a hard days work, to the comfortable beds. The house was very clean and well kept inside. The developed basement served as the perfect escape for our teenage children.

The house has clearly been recently renovated and modernized with all the conveniences of home, including a steam shower. My wife is extremely picky about dirt, but she never once complained about anything to do the cleanliness of the place.

The owner was easy to work with, and was available and willing to drop by if there were any issues (burnt out light bulb for example).

Would highly recommend this house to anyone and would stay there again in a heartbeat if needed.
