Nature views to the South, Mountains and nature to the North West, City views to the East. This house has it all!

Completely renovated, this contemporary house sits on over an acre, high atop a ridge, and well above the other houses on a secluded cul-de-sac. The house backs to almost 4 acres of open space with gorgeous rock formations, tons of trees, and abundant wildlife. The house features stunning views in every direction. Remodeled in 2014, this bathroom is in the 2nd bedroom. It’s private, contemporary, 3 piece bathroom.

-3rd Bedroom:
169 sq. ft., queen sized bed, vaulted ceilings, brick wall, large windows with views of nature.

-4th Bedroom:
121 sq. ft., twin bunk bed with a twin sized trundle, vaulted ceilings, brick wall, large windows with views of nature.

Newley remodeled, double sinks, jetted tub with shower, and a skylight.

The game room has an air hockey table, a flat screen tv, and a wii gaming system with multiple games.

-Den:
The den is right off of the open kitchen. It has patio doors that walk out to a huge deck, a beautiful fireplace that turns on with the push of a button, a large picture window, a flat screen tv, and a pullout couch that sleeps 2.

-Kitchen:
The kitchen has white quartz counters, a 9 ft island with quartz waterfall sides, stainless steel appliances, an induction stove top, a convection oven and a 2nd convection oven/microwave, a side by side refrigerator, and unparalleled views of the city and the mountains.

-Living and Dining Room:
HUGE 32x22 ft open living and dining room with a custom wet bar that has quartz countertops, a mini fridge, and a stainless steel sink. This area is perfect for entertaining. It has 18 ft vaulted ceilings, a wall of windows that overlooks Pike’s Peak, the Front Range, and the city. It has contemporary glass railings, a wood fireplace, and a large sectional to relax on and take in the views. A new 65” 4k smart t.v. with a sound bar and subwoofer was added in 2023.

Setting the bar
This was hands down best stay I’ve experienced with an extended family of 7. This beautiful architecturally magnificent home was surrounded with glass to view every majestic mountain, deer and bunny that crossed its path. There was nothing that Denise didn’t think of to accommodate her guest; from the complimentary local treats and beers to the assistance I so greatly needed when this Floridian experienced her first winter storm. Truly a great experience we’ll never forget.

Denise was very attentive, and obviously takes a great deal of pride in this rental. She went above and beyond in her communication, and her attention to detail was noticed. From a welcome basket in the fridge, to ensuring the driveway was safe for our exit the first morning (by having a snow plow company come first thing in the morning), she made sure we felt like royalty. The location was perfect, exactly as described. Will stay here again.
