About this property

The villa is situated in a calm and green area and only 2,5 km away from the centre and the "Arenal beach". From the terrace, the swimming pool and 3 of the 4 bedrooms you have a panoramic vue over the sea, the bay of Javea and the surrounding mountains.
From the terrace with nice bows you can enjoy your meals and drinks. In the evening the external lights give a marvellous effect. The new kitchen has all the modern appliances for your comfort. The 2 bathrooms are renewed and the bedrooms are spacious (all have mosquito-screens and shutters). The villa is ideal for a large family or can be shared with friends.
Arround the swimming pool, in the sun or in the shadow, you can enjoy the scenery. In 2017 we have add a mobile gaz BBQ with grill and plancha.
There are some steps to access the villa, which makes it unsuitable for people with restricted mobility.

lugar pintoresco pero un poco incómodo

La propiedad está muy bien, espaciosa y con buenas vistas, amplia piscina y terrazas. Como indica el anuncio muchas escalera... incómodo para subir maletas y compra. El principal defecto és no disponer de aseo en la planta principal donde está el salón comedor, cocina y terraza donde se hace la vida... hay que nbajar y subir escaleras para ur al WC, Por cierto, no tiene 4 WC como dice el anuncio, sino 3.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit

Wir waren mit 6 Personen 2 1/2 Wochen zu Gast in dem Haus. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und konnten uns gut erholen. Es war sauber, gepflegt und die Kontaktperson war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Grundsätzlich ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die ein oder andere Poolliege ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und auch die eine oder andere Auflage könnte mal getauscht werden. Das hat aber unserer Erholung am Pool keinen Abbruch getan. Die beiden Bettgestelle im oberen Stock (nicht Masterbett) quietschten ein wenig, so dass es zu zweit im Bett etwas unruhig werden konnte. Wir hatten einen schönen Familienurlaub und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Para alejarse de todo

Buena opción para relajarse y olvidarse de todo, pero cerca de supermercados y playa. Las escaleras de acceso hacen que te dé más pereza salir, pero no importa porque su orientación es estupenda: por la tarde no da el sol y se puede disfrutar de la brisa y las vistas sentado cómodamente en la tumbona. La piscina con una temperatura perfecta, ¡no daban ganas de salir!. La única pega, por decir algo, las camas. Cuando te mueves hacen mucho ruido. En general la estancia ha sido estupenda y la persona encargada de recibirnos con buen trato.

Stunning views and lots of space

We spent one week in this beautiful villa, and we loved every second of it. The villa has a stunning view of the sea, but also of the valley it is situated in. You can enjoy the same view also from the large swimming pool, wonderful. The sun is there early in the morning, and in the evening the villa is in the shadow which can be very nice on hot days. The villa is perfect for families with kids (above 5, because of stairs and balconies). The kitchen is well equipped, and there is a BBQ for you to use. There are four good sized bedrooms, but you should be aware that two of the double beds are queen size. It is also good to be aware that you must climb some fairly steep stairs to reach the villa. Javea is a very nice area with many different kinds of beaches and creeks for swimming all within 5-15 minutes by car from the house.
