*This home was remodeled from top to bottom in 2014. All flooring, cabinets, bathrooms, windows, appliances...everything...was replaced to give you the most comfortable experience possible.

*Sugarhouse. If you know Salt Lake, you know that this is the hottest, most centrally located neighborhood in the valley. Walking distance to great restaurants, a half-mile to the freeway, 15 min to the SLC airport, 10 min to downtown or the University of Utah, and your favorite ski resort is less than 30 minute away.

*Space. Many homes say they sleep 12 people but they are 2/3 bedrooms, meaning people are sleeping in every nook of the house. This home is 4 bedrooms with two large living areas and a gorgeous kitchen. In this home you'll have plenty of space during the day, while the West Elm decorated bedrooms will be warm and inviting at night.

*Personal touch. We have both spent our careers in the hotel industry and we know what makes a great overnight experience. We are NOT a vacation rental management company, trying to juggle hundreds of visitors per night. Gorgeous house, fabulous location, excellent owner

We stayed at this property in May of 2018 and loved it. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with a full bath and 2 bedrooms with a full bath downstairs. Downstairs has a family room and additional pullout (full size) if needed. There is also a pack n play available for the little one! The is the perfect home for families!! The home has also been newly updated throughout!! Oh and there is a full size washer and dryer!

The sugarhouse location is fantastic! Located across from Sugarhouse park and extremely close to many places to eat as well as shopping ... and about 10 minutes from Hogel Zoo!!

Emily, the owner, was EXTREMELY accommodating and understanding of all our needs during our stay. She truly exceeding our expectations. Our family has decided that when traveling to SLC we don't want to stay anywhere else!!

What a very pleasant surprise! Close to the freeway and downtown. An UberXL was only $17.00 to the Vivint Center. Very clean, modern and open. Beds and linens were comfortable! Excellent communication from Amy!

Great house for 5 Adults 2 Kids

We stayed here for 2 nights while in town for a wedding. There was plenty of space for the 7 of us and ample vanity space for 3 ladies to get ready. Our 2 y/o boys had fun playing in the snow in the back yard and we all enjoyed the puzzles and jenga in the downstairs living room. Although it is located on a Main Street the noise does not travel inside and, if we weren't so strapped for time, would have loved to explore the beautiful and very large park across the street. It is just a few min driving distance to shopping, Whole Foods and restaurants and we enjoyed our night out at one of the local pizza joints. Good find and pleasant stay!
