*This home was remodeled from top to bottom in 2014. All flooring, cabinets, bathrooms, windows, appliances...everything...was replaced to give you the most comfortable experience possible.

*Sugarhouse. If you know Salt Lake, you know that this is the hottest, most centrally located neighborhood in the valley. Walking distance to great restaurants, a half-mile to the freeway, 15 min to the SLC airport, 10 min to downtown or the University of Utah, and your favorite ski resort is less than 30 minute away.

*Space. Many homes say they sleep 12 people but they are 2/3 bedrooms, meaning people are sleeping in every nook of the house. This home is 4 bedrooms with two large living areas and a gorgeous kitchen. In this home you'll have plenty of space during the day, while the West Elm decorated bedrooms will be warm and inviting at night.

*Personal touch. We have both spent our careers in the hotel industry and we know what makes a great overnight experience. We are NOT a vacation rental management company, trying to juggle hundreds of visitors per night. Great house for 5 Adults 2 Kids

We stayed here for 2 nights while in town for a wedding. There was plenty of space for the 7 of us and ample vanity space for 3 ladies to get ready. Our 2 y/o boys had fun playing in the snow in the back yard and we all enjoyed the puzzles and jenga in the downstairs living room. Although it is located on a Main Street the noise does not travel inside and, if we weren't so strapped for time, would have loved to explore the beautiful and very large park across the street. It is just a few min driving distance to shopping, Whole Foods and restaurants and we enjoyed our night out at one of the local pizza joints. Good find and pleasant stay!

Great house and location - close to stores, restaurants, and wonderful walks in the park.

The house is very nicely remodeled with a great lay out and flow it worked very well for our family of 6 adults and 1 child. The extra household supplies and plenty of towels was very much appreciated. We loved the location that was also very central to our family and the holiday parties. We would definitely rent again when we are back in Salt Lake as a family!!!! Many thanks to the host!!

Clean, well appointed, but busy street

Very clean, cutely decorated, but had a few maintenance issues, great location near shops & restaurants. It is on a busy street, bedrooms are tucked in back and down in the basement, so street noise was not really an issue. The busy street could be an issue if you had small children, however. The park across the street is beautiful and a nice place to walk/run. We had seven adults in this house and there was plenty of room for all of us to cook and hang out.

Deceiving from the outside.

This house was great! From the outside it looks a little small, however when entering the home, that thought changes very quickly. All of the upstairs is very open and well lit. The 4 bedrooms are very big and beds were comfy. Bathrooms were plenty stocked with towels and other necessities. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Downstairs is also very open, and the TV was set up to run almost anything. Overall great house in a great location. Very close to shopping and other amenities. My one real issue was with it being on a main road made it a little hard to locate originally, but that's it. The owners are also very friendly and really will take care of you.

Great location, very nice property!

This home was perfect for our girls getaway weekend. The home has 4 very comfortable bedrooms with all basic amenities and then some! Great location near Sugar House Park. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping. The owner was very helpful and timely with all responses. I would definitely recommend this home!
