About this property

This home is located on the golf course in the beautiful Princeville Sunset Drive Community, open space with gorgeous mountain views. There is a community gated pool and a tennis court for the Sunset Community residents and guests. The home is a 5 minute walk to the 1 Hotel Hanalei in Princeville with beach access or you can drive to beautiful Hanalei Bay. The Sunset home is accommodating for families and large groups.
There is a large back yard and a BBQ Grill for family fun. The living room features a 37” high definition TV, also high speed internet. The master bedroom has a king bed with a flat screen TV and a remodeled bathroom consisting of an over sized tub and walk in shower, the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queens beds and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a jog walk path along the golf course of Ka Haku Road leading to shops, restaurants, the community park, and to the 1 Hotel Hanalei.

Amazing view

Great house for a group. Truly beautiful view from the upstairs area. House was very functional and enough bathrooms for a group of eight that we never a problem. Great lanai for hanging outdoors where cute birds would come visit us everyday.

Paradise in Kauai

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was well-maintained, beautifully situated next to a golf course, and within easy driving distance to beaches, restaurants, river kayaking. The house was comfortable for all seven of us (parents, two adult children, and one grandchild).

comfortable, family-friendly home and neighborhood

This was a great vacation home for our family. The community pool and tennis courts are basically across the street. There are some sand toys, boogie boards, and tennis racquets currently on the property for use. Communication with the property manager Lori was amazing. She was attentive and able to answer all our questions in a timely manner. Including questions about wifi speed.

Great North Shore Retreat

This property was perfect for our group of 4 couples. From this home base we were able to hit up everything the island had to offer. Being close to Hanalei and Haena State park was perfect, and we loved the proximity to Kilauea. The pictures do not do this house justice—it is big, well appointed, and has ample seating both indoor and outdoor for the group. We enjoyed using the kitchen for meals and eating on the lanai looking at the mountains. A phenomenal experience!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was well laid out and comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 7. We also had room to have friends over for dinner and hanging out. There was a lot of beach gear in the garage which was helpful and appreciated.
