The apartment is located in the very centre of the city, only a few steps from the Dome, Santa Maria Novella train Station, the Medici Chapels and the characteristic 'San Lorenzo Market', 500 meters from the train station and 7 Km from the airport. You can easily reach by foot the Old Bridge, the Uffizi Gallery, the Accademy of Fine Arts, Michelangelo Museum. Assure an easy access to the city, with bars, boutiques and restaurants not far from the doorstep of the apartment. It is situated on the second floor with elevator, in a road without traffic wich make this apartment very quite to be in the center of Florence. The interior is fine furnished, it features the tipicals woden beamed ceiling and it's composed of a living room with walnut wood furnitures, a bedroom with two single beds wich can be easily joined to make a king size bed, a bathroom with shower unit and a separate kitchen fully equipped. Bed linens and towels are provided. Internet Wi-Fi acces. All costs are included.

The booking process was very good. Communication was difficult at first thereafter but improved. Property induction was excellent at the site. Location near SMN was very good. The environs are a bit dirty and crowded but that did not affect our stay. There are some great restaurants hidden in there.

Even better than the pictures

Giovanni’s place was excellent. It was right in the middle of a shopping district but was quiet. It was very close to a main train station. Even while in June it was quite cool and all of the amenities were in perfect order. Giovanni was also an amazing host as he was very responsive. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Unmatched comfort and convenience

The apartment deserves 5 stars in all aspects. Every need was catered for. The location is ideal for every aspect of a stay in Firenze. Giovanni is an excellent host and was always available. I highly recommend this property.

As advertised, Perfect!

Giovanni was a great host! From the time we booked till the time we checked out, he was available for any questions we had about the local area. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay (3 adults). It was a 6 minute easy walk from the train station even with your luggage. Centrally located, we were within a 15 minute walk of all the attractions. Giovanni provided us several recommendations for restaurants for authentic Tuscan cuisine where locals ate, each meal was incredible without being overcharged tourist prices. Highly recommend and we would not hesitate to rebook on our next trip to Firenze. Thanks Giovanni!
