About this property

We live in a typical Caribbean house, near the town of Baie Mahault in Guadeloupe.
Our house has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms:
- 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed.
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
- 1 bedroom with 3 single beds.
Possibility of adding a cot in one of the bedrooms.

There are 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets.

The double living room is very large, and has a TV with DVD player, and a PC with ADSL Wifi.

In a large 1100m2 garden, the swimming pool will provide you with moments of relaxation after a walk, a day of sport, or a day at the beach.
The garden is fully enclosed and the gate is motorized.

We have lots of books & DVDs in French in English for children, games and toys.

The neighborhood is residential.
Our house is located in the center of Guadeloupe, less than 50 km from any location (maximum 1 hour and 15 minutes by car to go where you want).
The location of our house is ideal for discovering "Karukera"

The shops are 5 minutes by car as well as the largest shopping center in Guadeloupe (Destreland).

The temperature is around 30 ° C and the water is around 28 ° C all year round (even in winter).

In Guadeloupe there are 2 parts: The western part is volcanic with a tropical forest (national park) and waterfalls. The eastern part has magnificent beaches (with white sand and turquoise blue water as in postcards ...).

All sporting activities are possible: Catamaran, surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing, water skiing, wake boarding, scuba diving, PMT (palm mask and snorkel), horse riding, mountain biking, etc.
You can play golf at Saint François.

You can discover the islands of Marie Galante and Désirade (very calm and authentic), Les Saintes (MAGNIFICENT), and Petite Terre (nature reserve with iguanas and PMT).

Superbe villa

La villa est idéalement située pour visiter la Guadeloupe. Le jardin et la terrasse sont très agréables après une bonne journée de vadrouille!!! Bonne communication avec Sara la propriétaire et Mylène la personne sur place. Adresse à retenir.

Un véritable paradis

La villa est située dans un endroit strategique si vous voulez visiter la guadeloupe. Jardin bien plus grand que sur les photos. Tout est laissé par Sara pour que rien ne nous manque : paréos et serviettes de plage compris, glaciere et pains de glace pour les pique-niques. Une superbe baaf boose en connexion bluetooh pour la sono. Sara est au petit soin avant, pendant et après. Merci infiniment Sara pour votre gentilesse. Nous esperons revenir tres rapidement.

Magnifique et tres bien située, a louer les yeux fermés

Nous rentrons ravis de notre voyage bien sur grâce à la beaute de la Guadeloupe mais également grâce à la magnifique maison de Sara. Tout y est parfait et conforme aux photos. La localisation dans un quartier résidentiel est sécurisante et très pratique puisque centrale et proche des grands axes pour visiter aussi bien grande terre que basse terre. Merci et à bientôt je l espère avec grand plaisir. Ayant de la famille en Guadeloupe nous ne chercherons pas d autres maisons et reviendrons si possible chez vous!! Anais et Raphaël

Très bon choix; donne envie d'y retourner !!!

Maison très fonctionnelle, spacieuse et coquette. Confort et commodité de vie, cadre chaleureux et accueillant : telles ont été nos impressions. Nous étions aussi bien reçus et conseillés par mail mais aussi via l'intervention de l'aide ménagère. La piscine et le jaccouzi, précieux furent très appréciés. Lieu central proche du centre commercial le mieux Fourni et à l'angle de la Basse Terre et de la Grande Terre. Nous pensons y retourner à notre prochain passage en Guadeloupe. Merci pour tout.
