Snowbasin was chosen to host the 2002 Olympic games. As such, millions of dollars were spent to upgrade lifts and facilities. Still, Snowbasin retains its small resort feel and remains a well kept secret. The crowds head for the big name resorts farther south. With diverse terrain for beginner ease to challenging expert runs, Snowbasin offers three progressive terrain parks and 26km of groomed Nordic trails. With 3,000 skiable acres and 3,000 vertical feet, Snowbasin is best known for wide-open bowls, gladed runs, manicured groomers, powder stashes days after a storm, and rarely a lift line. Snowbasin has world-class snowmaking and one of the most advanced lift systems in the West. Enjoy award-winning cuisine and summer activities such as scenic gondola rides to Needles Lodge, 26 miles of hiking and biking trails, award winning BBQ, free guided tours, bike and mountain scooter rentals, disc golf, brunch and lunch at the top of the gondola, themed mountain top dinners, a playground, bounce houses, and free outdoor concerts at Blues, Brews & BBQ every Sunday in the beautiful high alpine environment.

Powder Mountain. Our name says it all. With over 7,000 acres of the epic terrain covered in 500 inches of pristine powder, we're a one of a kind winter wonderland you have to experience to believe. Whether you're into Cat skiing, side country, backcountry tours or shredding untouched corduroy, we've got what you’re looking for and then some. When you're ready for a taste of snow Shangri–La, we'll be waiting. Come and get it.

Nordic Valley is the baby of the three resorts but under new management is rapidly expanding its skiiable terrain. New cat trails and expanding slope access along with real estate development make this resort one to watch. A great economical family resort within minutes of this home.

About Corinn Sebaske

When I lost my husband to Leukemia two years ago I found myself alone with eight children at home to raise ranging in age from 18 mos to 19 years old. It was vitally important to me to stay home with my young family and also teach my children the value of hard work, personal accountability and honest labor. Real estate seemed the perfect fit. Drawing on 20 years of previous real estate experience of owning commercial and residential real estate investment properties I purchased this property in significant disrepair. I embarked on a major remodel, redoing everything from the kitchen to the baths, to the landscaping and everything in between. I also own a small furniture store; Divine Home Furnishings. I utilized design experience and my business resources to furnish and decorate the home. After over a year, the project finally reached completion. I am excited to offer this property as a family or corporate retreat to build lasting memories at the same time enabling me the gift of time with my children and more importantly an opportunity for my children to participate in the project and learn the value of work and rewards. I am eager to do everything possible to make your stay a treasured experience. Thank you in advance for contributing to my family experience and sharing in the gift of time with loved ones.

Why Corinn Sebaske chose Eden

This home has a unique appeal. Set on an acre and featuring reclaimed brick, vaulted ceilings, custom moldings and generously proportioned rooms this home has a distinct classic old world feel. Although in disrepair when I purchased the home, I could see the potential and I was excited to restore this home to its full glory while remaining faithful to its classic roots. Custom moldings, wainscoting, Carerra marble, hand textured walls and frieze details on the ceilings as well as walnut floors and a wood-paneled office give this home a warm historical charm. The surrounding area is the perfect blend of a quiet bucolic setting but with world-class recreational opportunities all within reach. Truly the best of both worlds with quiet crowd free access to some of the most beautiful areas in the west but just minutes from Ogden and Salt Lake City.

What makes this estate unique

Step back in time to a more gentile, elegant experience with just a touch of rustic charm. Reclaimed brick, gabled windows and estate proportions make this home the perfect gathering spot for large groups.

Great owner. Gorgeous master suite

  • 5 of 5

We had an awesome girls retreat in the beautiful Ogden Valley. Even though it was a low snow year, we were blessed with some fresh powder. The master bedroom and bath are luxury at its finest. We loved the jetted soaking tub and marble clad spa feel of the master bath. The double shower is out of this world! Massive and so luxurious

Great owner to work with

  • 4 of 5

We had a great time in this space. There were plenty of beds to accommodate us, and the owner was very kind and worked with us on our check in and out times. The only reason we are giving it 4 stars is the property could use a deep clean, but it was a great place for us and our event. Thank you so much!

Beautiful home, cleaning service was not up to standard.

  • 3 of 5

It is a beautiful home and can accommadate a large group, with saying that I was very disappointed in the fact that for large groups, besides 2 very large canning type pans, the only pans to cook your meals were two small sauce pans and two small skillets. Not adquate at all for large groups. There was no blender, but did have a nice crockpot.

There were repairs that were needed which we called to have completed and they showed up the night before we left and did not fix them. However, after they left we fixed them and others.

The home was not as clean as we would have expected. We had to wash sheets just so that we could sleep in them the first night. The linen closet had no folded linen. It was all just waded up and stuffed on the shelf. She has her children as the cleaning service, but she should be more proactive in insuring they are doing the job correctly. It is a disserve to the children if she is trying to teach them how to work and responsiblity not to have them do the job correctly and take pride in there work.

We believe we left the home in a cleaner and in better repair than when we arrived.

Most of the windows were broken and with no air conditioning, it was very hot by the evenings.

Some beds should be replaced. They were so uncomfortable. You need to like to snuggle to be able to sleep in them.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your stay and your feedback. As indicated on our check in list, I am available 24 hours a day by text and email to answer emails and phone calls and am happy to resolve any concern during your stay if you contact me. As you indicated, there are at least 6 pans to cook with and the actual count is closer to a dozen. We also provide a crockpot, bread maker, plug in griddle, fixed griddle, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, blender (just a quick phone call if it couldn't be located), warming tray, spices, utensils and various other cooking implements. We have never had any prior complaints concerning the kitchen supplies. All of the sheets on the 14 beds are washed between tenants so no need to redo laundry or access the extra linens. I own a furniture store and although the beds won't suit everyone's tastes we have had lots of positive feedback on the high end gel beds that are a certain luxury upgrade from a standard innerspring. I have even had clients purchase the beds from my store that they enjoyed in the home. The children do help and work hard and for a $200 cleaning fee and 21 guests that you had I feel you received a tremendous value to have 14 beds laundered, 7900 square feet cleaned, 5 baths scrubbed, a hot tub serviced and an acre of grass mowed and weeded. We do try to take care of as much as possible in house because there is no way I could hire all that out for only $200. Perhaps a tiered cleaning fee would be more reasonable for those clients that would prefer some of the minor details addressed. I think for the off season rate and 21 guests there was a tremendous value received in spite of some minor issues. It breaks down to about $20 a night per guest. It would be difficult to find any decent accommodations for less. Blessings in your future travels. :)

Great time for our family reunion

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful time staying at your home in Liberty, UT. It was a family reunion with 18 people. There was plenty of room for everyone. Loved the kitchen and master bedroom. All the rooms were spacious and there were plenty of beds for everyone. The kids loved the game room and were there most of the afternoons. We loved the size of the yard. We played many games outside every day. The hot tub was great, especially for the younger ones.

Everyone of every age had a great time. Definitely would go back next time. Corinn was great to work with and answered every question we had before we got there and was available during our stay.

Has potential, but needs a deep clean.

  • 2 of 5

Spacious home with some nice upgrades, but really needs a deep clean. Floors needed to be mopped, carpets needed to be cleaned, and the yard could use some attention. The fence was broken in several areas, so we had to be really careful letting the kids play outside in the backyard. It was very dusty throughout and just did not feel clean.

Overall, we were grateful to be together in a home that accommodated our large family. The kitchen was awesome for serving big family meals and we had a great time being together.

Owner's Response: Thank you so much for your stay. If there were concerns during your stay we are always available to remedy them during your stay and we live only a short distance away. We do not advertise the property as being fully fenced, it also seems questionable to rely on a fence as a substitute babysitter. The heavy snows this winter, unfortunately, pulled down a section of fence but the intention was to retain the back fence for privacy and remove the separation fence between the front and back yards to take advantage of the landscaping.features and space. The property had a pool previously but without the pool the fence just closed things in too much.
