Secure and exclusive, it is one of the most sought after resorts in both Nassau and the Caribbean. The Beach-House is on a prime beachfront location, nothing short of world class. From turquoise to pink, the ever-changing colors of the sea and sky form the perfect backdrop for a truly relaxing vacation. The beach and ocean are literally on your doorstep, just open the terrace door and you’re there - go for a swim or a stroll along the private shoreline smiling to yourself how well you chose!

The Beach-House has three floors. The décor is simple and clean. The property has an elegant uncluttered aesthetic. It is fully equipped with everything you may need from high-speed Internet/wifi to beach towels.

The ground floor has a beautiful furnished deck and patio directly on the beach with palm trees providing shade. The adjacent living-room and gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar have an open plan layout filled with natural light.

The bedrooms are all very comfortable. On the first floor, the Master Bedroom is spacious and bright with an ensuite marble bathroom and ample closets. It has it’s own terrace for catching sensational sea views with a little breeze thrown in. Also on the first floor, there is another roomy bedroom with two single beds and ensuite marble bathroom and closet space.

The entire top floor is open plan, featuring one extra-large bedroom with two sections. Facing the sea, a queen-size bed is next to a small balcony with gorgeous sea views. At the other end of this floor there are two single beds and a walk-in closet. These two sections are divided by a marble ensuite bathroom with a passage adjoining the two.

On the ground floor, there are comfy sofas, cable tv and yet more fantastic views across the deck. The dining area seats eight. The well-equipped gourmet kitchen has a large refrigerator with icemaker, toaster, drip coffee-maker, dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer. Of course, the entire Beach-House is fully equipped with air-conditioning and wood floors throughout.

The Beach-House has access to two different swimming pools. One is right next to the building and within earshot and eyeshot of the beach. The second pool, 100m away is next to the elegant Palm Cay Clubhouse where the restaurant and bar both have terraces. Here there are comfortable beachside chaise lounges with umbrellas for your pleasure. Spend your days relaxing on a manicured kid-friendly white sand beach on a luxurious chaise with iced drinks - while hardly lifting a finger!

We decided to put this brand new property on the vacation rental market because of its unique position and easy access to amenities and amusements while staying in a gated and secured community.

What makes this townhome unique

The views are gorgeous, you open the door and you are on a beautiful beach with crystalline water. Just a 3 miles to Paradise Island and Atlantis and 4 miles to downtown Nassau.

This is a beautiful townhouse located steps away from a pristine beach (and pool) in a lovely gated community on the southeast shore of New Providence Island. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, 3.5 modern marble-walled bathrooms and two floors of bedrooms that could comfortably sleep eight guests. It's only half an hour from the excitement of downtown Nassau and Paradise Island. A clubhouse is nearby with a restaurant, snack bar and kayaks for rent. Lots of parking space available. We would definitely recommend it to family and friends as a beautiful retreat in The Bahamas and would not hesitate to stay there again.

The car and driver will be available on demand for all your trips at any time. Fees are: from/to Nassau Airport to Palm Cay 50USD the first 2 people plus 3USD each additional person, 10USD stop over a Grocery Shop; to/from downtown or Paradise Island (Atlantis) 20USD the first two people plus 3USD each additional person. Fees can change, please confirm the fees with the driver, I am not responsible for these fees. Fishing Trips can be booked at the Harbour Master. The resort has a private marina, just a few steps behind the towhhouse. A maid is available at a very low fee for daily or midweek services. Fantastic

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Palm Cay! The condo was clean and spacious and the kitchen was completely equipped with everything we needed! Clara greeted us upon arrival and was very hospitable our whole stay! We stayed with three kids under the age of four and we couldn’t believe how kid friendly Palm Cay was! The condo is just steps from the ocean and the pool! We were able to still enjoy the ocean and beach while one or two kids napped! We especially loved how calm and shallow much of the oceanfront was. The kids loved the playground that was a short walk away and the food at the restaurant was fantastic! The only negative was we didn’t stay long enough! We will certainly be back!

Lovely beach, nice house in need of some TLC. This house is not a good choice for people who arrive without a car. The resort has limited food and amenities. We arrived at night to large empty water jugs and a small amounts of toiletries. We had no idea if the water was safe to drink and there were empty water jugs piled in the entrance. There was also a huge ant problem that we had to buy traps for. The nearest grocery store was lovely but 65.00 each way by cab and the store itself was very pricey. The dryer was disconnected and there weren’t enough clean towels for the five of us. Overall we felt the House was over priced.

Owner's Response: Just to be clear, the guest posted her review more than 9 months after her visits. She paid during the peak season a discounted price of 300 dollars a night. She arrived during the night, without providing any information on her arrival time. The beach house was clean and in crisp conditions. There are available over 60 clean towels in the house and about 30 beach towels. After one day the used all of them and did not inform us. Her statement on paying a taxi 65 dollars one way to the grocery, just 0.5 miles from the property, is a definitely fake, I was in touch with the taxi company and they found her reservations, she indeed paid 65 dollars (only once) from the airport to the beach house, with a long (over 1 hour) stop at the grocery. In any case that is not a matter regarding the beach house. Her statements that there were some empty jags of water, waiting to be collected, does not have any link with the quality of the house. Being in a tropical weather area, food can not be left around in the house, it should be stored. Food was everywhere in the house, and of course that attracted some ants. Products are available in the house. Anyhow, if if we asked, they never and never asked or informed us of any negative points on her stay. When her and the other guests left the house was in a very pitiful conditions, deeply dirty and they smoke in the house. However I did not charge them any damage deposit. Finally her comments on the toiletry is not clear, I have asked her what she means for "limited" toiletries and she did not reply. Similarly that some new line of paintings was on the wall, where is the problem with her stay? Indeed, the house was undergoing a fresh paintings. She also sent me some pictures, but I could not understand what was wrong with that? Maybe a tentative to have some money back? Very very strange approach to a friendly and luxurious beach house in one of the most beautiful beach resort in the Bahamas.

Luxury beach house and great welcome

Often when we rent a house, at the end it is not what we expected. The beach is just gorgeous and just a few feet away from the porch.......clean with crystalline water.

This beach house is over the top of any other beach property. Joseph and his staff are welcoming, they always have solutions and ready to support our stay.

Moreover, the price is very good if compared with other Bahamas beach houses or even the other units at Palm Cay.

The place is clean and everything works perfectly.

Finally, Joseph is upgrading the beach house every day but keeping the very low price for the vacation rental.

We will definitely come back again.

Stunning beach front unit

This stunnng beach front unit is perfect for a larger group. The 4 beds, 3 1/2 baths ensure everyone has the space you need. Being able to walk out of the patio door to the beach was amazing. Staying in Palm Cay was so very convenient. We were able to book a boat tour and rent a kayak and paddle board. The food at the clubhouse was delicious, and the service was spectacular.

A dream place on the beach

We have been visiting many vacation rentals around the world, this one really is the best. Elegantly basic, modern and clean. The beach is astonishing and the property manager and his staff are friendly and they do more than expected.

Bare walls, barely enough furniture

Owner's Response: I have to say I am very surprised about this comment, but I can understand the reasons. The guy has been in touch with me since several months, arguing he wishes to buy my property. Then he decided to buy another one in another block. He was claiming he is a big investor and he wanted to put the property on the vacation rental market. Then he informed me that he decided to buy another property. Then in October he called me and told me he was in Nassau, BS and he wanted to stay in my property for free to see if he could buy it! However I told him, the only way was to go for VRBO and to make a normal but yet a very discounted stay. Then he never followed the procedure as stated in the contract and in the house rules and after 3 long says he called the Property Manager claiming electricity did not work and so he did not have neither lights neither warm water and he was outrageous at the level of asking 100% refund. Actually he forgot to mention that the electric kitchen and refrigerator as well as the AC did not work. Apparently he was playing with the house electrical system and he got and electric court circuit, my people fixed it and I did not ask him any money for that damages. And now he is trying to downsize the value of my house to get advantages in the case he will buy another property for the vacation rental market in the same place. ASTONISHING, also because we will neighborhood. I deeply feel his ultimate scope was to stay for free by speculating on the fact the he could be a buyer.
