100 W. Court St. 4 B, Penthouse Unit that accommodates 4 people. Our condo has a large terrace with outdoor seating for enjoying views of Downtown. We are steps from Main Street right behind the Westin Hotel in the heart of downtown. We offer all the conveniences of home with a full kitchen and lots of open space to spread out for a few days or extended stay. The bedroom has a King bed and the sofa pulls out to a Queen size sleeper, both are super comfortable. The condo is approximately 1100 square feet which is large for a 1BR/1Bath. All the conveniences of Downtown are located literally steps away. We offer you a dedicated parking space during your stay and a coded access to the building.

family time in greenville

Very nice condo right downtown within walking distance of the Peace Center, Reedy Falls Park and lots of restaurants and shopping. Condo was very clean and well appointed. Nice secluded outdoor patio as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Penthouse

This penthouse condo was just perfect for us. The condo was very well appointed and the location was right in the heart of everything. We would be thrilled to stay here again.

Great location

Great location right in the heart of downtown. We were able to walk to all the festivities. Also like that even though it was right in town, it was very quiet.

A wonderful property!

This is a wonderful property and we stay here whenever we’re in Greenville. The location cannot be beat and the parking is just steps from the entrance to the building. The condo is very well stocked with all kitchen supplies, towels and toiletries, decorated beautifully and quiet. Do not hesitate to stay here- you won’t be disappointed!!

Perfect

Super great location. Easy, easy access to unit. Parking space for one and garage right next door for additional vehicles. Host responded very quickly which made everything go smoothly. Bed was very firm, but we got used to it. Picked up a mattress cushion at Walmart for hubby and he was fine. The condo was spacious and very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

Our daughter attended Furman University which introduced us the area. After graduating she took a job as a 3rd Grade teacher and has since married. After she and her husband married we were sure that Greenville would be their home for years to come. We love the area and especially the charming downtown area. We have been looking for a part time home in Greenville for a couple of years and were recently lucky enough to find our perfect spot. Court Street Condos have a lot of character and ambiance. We look forward to making many happy memories here.

What makes this property unique

One special feature about our condo is the large terrace for entertaining or just enjoying alone. We located on the top floor and the terrace is very private and quite rare for a downtown condo.
