Posto bellissimo e ben curato

Vacanza stupenda, proprietario disponibilissimo! Casa riscaldata perfettamente nel periodo invernale e la vasca e le saune sono un qualcosa di speciale, consiglio vivamente a chiunque abbia ancora dei dubbi! Sicuramente ci torneremo ancora!

Bellissima esperienza

Abbiamo soggiornato in un gruppo di 10 amici in questa struttura. Casa di montagna completamente ristrutturata e ammodernata, gli spazi sono stati adatti ad un gruppo di persone come noi. La vista è davvero impagabile. Sebastiano è stato sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Torneremo!!

Vacances du 10 au 22 juillet 2017

Nous recherchions pour nous du calme, la beauté des paysages, la proximité de lieux à visiter (Trevise, Venise, Verone, Belluno, les Dolomites...) et pour nos chiens un grand terrain de jeu... Nous avons été comblés... Nos journées de ballade en e-bike fut également une magnifique expérience. Merci à Sebastiano de nous avoir fait partager sa région... Tout était parfait!

Déçus

Les prestations annoncées manquantes : pas de salle de fitness pas de cheminées, wi-fi quasi inexistant, voir impossible. Les poêles sont présents en bas mais l'autonomie n'est pas suffisante, ce qui oblige une présence constante si l'on veut les maintenir allumer et garder de la chaleur (qualité du bois palette.....) Lorsqu'il pleut l'eau s'infiltre par les fenêtres, obligation de fermer les volets. Des mouches à profusion dans toute la maison. Pour les couchages pas d'intimité du tout. Soit vous dormez dans la salle du sauna, soit sur la mezzanine ou dans le dortoir de 6 lits. Pour la douche. Pas de pression suffisante pour une vraie douche. Pas d'eau chaude en haut et difficulté de réglage de température en bas. A bien noter sur le site 2 choses. En cas de neige vous devrez laisser votre voiture à l'entrée du chemin (500 m) car cela n'est pas accessible si vous n'avez pas de chaîne ou de 4*4. Et pour l'état des lieux du départ prévenez le propriétaire dès votre arrivée. Nous lui avons adressé un sms le jeudi à 16h30 pour organisation du départ le vendredi matin; Réponse le vendredi à 18h00 nous signalant que son papa viendrait le samedi pour 11h00. (Alors que la location se terminait bien le vendredi....) Rapport qualité prix très mauvais. Le seul point positif est que si vous cherchez le calme c'est l'endroit idéal
