Winter Point 17 is an extremely desirable location nestled between Peaks 8 and 9 in the Four O'Clock neighborhood. You'll really get the best of both worlds with this unit because you can walk up 4 O'Clock Road and arrive at the Snowflake Lift! Then when you're ready to head to town for a night of dinner and fun, walk 4 blocks to the Blue River Plaza to access all Breckenridge has to offer. If you don't feel like walking, the free town shuttle stop is just 100 yards from the unit and will take you all over the mountain and downtown.

This 3BR/2.5BA townhome has been updated over the years and has a very cozy and spacious feel; perfect for 2 families traveling together or groups looking for a little more space than a traditional condo. The kitchen is well stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils you could need to make full meals for the whole party! There is plenty of room in the dining room and kitchen for everyone to gather and enjoy meals comfortably. The tri-level layout creates a roomy yet connected feel for everyone to spread out. The unit received new luxury vinyl flooring on the main level, new paint throughout, and new living room furniture in June of 2021 and a brand new kitchen in June 2023. Walk out the front door and 200 yards down the pathway to the Upper Village Pool and Hot Tubs to soak after a long day exploring the mountains.

This Unit has 3 bedrooms; a King in the Master suite, one Queen in the second bedroom and three beds in the third bedroom, a twin over full bunk and a single twin bed. The sofa is also a Queen sized sofa sleeper for extra space if needed.

Overall Nice Property and Location!
Our family enjoyed our stay at the house. Everything was very good overall! Beds were all fairly comfortable. The layout was alright very little families but nothing to complain about. It’s nice that you have a front patio and wooded area for kids to play in snow. It is right next to road so you need to be mindful of cars pulling in fast to alleyway. The house could use some updating and a “modern” touch in most areas. I would also suggest adding light fixtures in living room, and bedrooms. The entryway would be better suited to have more hanging and storage for coats and boots from skiing. It’s great location to lifts and downtown! I wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo.. we enjoyed the stay overall. Thanks!

The townhome was just perfect. It was only three blocks to the lift, and a very quick walk to downtown. The location is ideal. The space in the townhome was absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend this rental!

In early 2009, my family’s love for the mountains brought us out to a new place to call home; Breckenridge, Colorado. My dad, who has had an extensive real estate career, decided that Breckenridge would be a great place to explore another avenue of real estate; short-term property management. This is where I went to high school and was introduced to the vacation rental and tourism industry.

I have 10 years of experience in the short-term property management industry in Colorado ski-town communities; managing roughly 30 properties at once.
