• Two large bathrooms on two floors (One on-suite). They are decorated with a modern materials and have a contemporary feel with abundant natural light. Both bathrooms have full-size wall dress mirrors with overhead vanity task lighting. The sink surrounds are made of polished Tuscan marble which rest on wooden cabinets with storage facilities and retractable hinge drawers for soiled garments. Each bathroom is kitted with smart modern toilet bowls& matching bidets. The third toilet/power shower is on the ground level adjacent to the games room and is bright and modern with bidet and shower cubicle.

• The ground floor recreation centre opens onto the front drive. It is equipped with a 7'x4' pool table, large selection of board games, darts board, puzzles, library and children's toys. There is an impressive collection of music in the form of CDs and audio tapes. There is also a new Sony PlayStation 2 with a collection of video games including some of the latest on the market. There is a beautiful card table and four carvers provided to one side. The two large sofas can be used to enjoy some music using the stereo system. Movies can be watched on the 32' TV with cinema surround sound. This is a very comfortable space for relaxation and family fun. It also is the second lounge seating for 6 guests. Adjacent to the games room is an en-suite toilet cum shower room for the use of guests.
