About this property

I, Luigi, I built this house on the ruins of an old mill belonging to my ancestors. Probably some time, the house was on? Two floors: the ground floor of the mill, the first floor of the house owner.
I redid the exterior stone walls as they once were. Inside the house I found the press that I left with a visible safety glass.
I, Luisella, I decorated the house with a simple style, but with attention to detail. I mixed colors, souvenirs, objects that make the environment very Mediterranean for a quiet and romantic even in winter.

A 5 minuti da Rapallo immersi nel verde

La casa è carina, accogliente e ben attrezzata. Il giardinetto presente è ben curato e grazie al pergolato abbiamo potuto gioire dello spazio esterno nonostante i primi 3 giorni di tempo instabile. I giorni successivi svegliarsi al mattino e poter contemplare il sorgere del Sole è stato molto nutriente. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la cortesia della Sig.ra Luisella e del Sig. Luigi. Eine grüne oase mit stadtanschluss.nicht direktes parken möglich,dafür ein sehr schöner sitzplatz mit ausrechend schatten. Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich!!
