Cottage available for 4 people with private pool and large garden, located in a Majorcan rural typical environment, surrounded by almond and sheep, located on the road from Manacor to Son Carrio, near the beautiful rural church of Son Negre, will allow enjoy a holiday in a quiet area and relax with family or friends.
A few kilometers from a charming village Son Carrio and beaches like Cala Nau, Sa Coma, S'Illot, Porto Cristo, Cala Anguilla and Cala Mendia and the virgin beach of Cala Varques.
The farm has a large outdoor area with garden, swimming pool 6x3 m and barbecue, the house of 100 m2 in ground floor comprises spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen ,, bathroom and two double bedrooms. It has WIFI connection, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, hair dryer, and if there is available a baby crib, changing table, highchair in the family.

Un havre de paix !

Merci aux hôtes pour l’accueil durant notre séjour qui s’est déroulé sans aucun accroc. La maison est tellement calme cela fait un bien fou ! Idéal pour se ressourcer.

Tolle Lage in absoluter Ruhe und fernab von allem Trubel

Wir haben einen grandiosen und erholsamen 2.5 wöchigen Urlaub in dieser tollen Finca verbracht. Die Lage ist einzigartig wenn man die Ruhe zu schätzen weiß. Die Anfahrt über den Feldweg ist auch kein Problem, man muss eben ein wenig vorsichtig fahren. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ist gut ausgestattet. Man hört ringsum tatsächlich nur die Schafe und den Hahn krähen. Nachbarn gibt es keine in Sichtweite. Das Haus ist auch mit einem tollen Gasgrill ausgestattet, den wir viel genutzt haben. Der Kontakt zu Emma und Nicolas ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Nicolas kommt alle paar Tage vorbei, um den Pool zu säubern. Wir können die Finca sehr empfehlen und kommen sicher selbst auch wieder!

Fijn huis en lekker rustig!

Super fijn huis lekker rustig! Het was super schoon en alles was aanwezig wat we nodig hadden. Hou je van drukte en veel mensen om je heen is dit niet jou plek. Hou je van rust en stilte is dit een aanrader.

Super!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Haus, Pool und Garten sehr schön und gepflegt. Es ist super ruhig, keine Nachbarn in der Nähe, man ist völlig ungestört. Wir waren während einer extremen Hitzewelle (40 Grad) dort, da hätte man sich manchmal doch eine Klimaanlage für die Nacht gewünscht. Aber es war auch extrem warm. Sonst alles super, sehr zu empfehlen! Speziell wenn man seine Ruhe haben will.

Splendida per rilassarsi

La casa si trova a circa 20 minuti dalle spiagge più vicine e 15 minuti da Manacor, soprattutto è l'ideale per rilassarsi e stare in tranquillità, immersi nella natura e accompagnati dai suoni di pecore e uccellini. Sicuramente (mio giudizio personale) da preferire alla calca che invece si trova in alcune spiagge. Accoglienza ottima e comunicazione facilissima e rapida con l'host. Non mancava nulla: la casa, oltre che spaziosa e molto ben arredata, è completa di tutto, ma proprio tutto. Inoltre abbiamo trovato tutto molto pulito e sistemato con grande ordine. Perfetta. Da stare attenti solamente alla stradina di accesso (un centinaio di metri) che presenta alcuni rovi che potrebbero graffiare l'auto, ma basta scendere un attimo e sistemarli a dovere. Piscina pulita e di dimensioni più che adeguate.
