First floor, back bedroom with queen bed and full bath, living room has a queen sofa bed. Second floor has master bedroom with king size bed and full bath and the new back bedroom has a king size bed. There is also a third bedroom on the second floor with a bunk bed. Also a second full bath on the second floor. The top floor has a trundle bed, 2 twins and an outside deck with gulf view and great for sunset. The front porch has a swing and the house has 4 flat screen TV's. We have a community pool in the back of the house. Across the street is the 4th hole of the Santa Rosa golf course. 150 yards down the street is the Santa Rosa Beach Club with The Vue restaurant and bar, open to the public. We only allow 8 people adults and children to occupy our home. The kitchen has recently been remodeled with all new appliances. (May 2017)

Why Phil Angevine chose Dune Allen Beach
We purchased our second home in 2005. We fell in love with it mainly because of the location and the layout. Along 30-A buildings cannot be taller than 55feet which means no high rise buildings. The area is very laid back. We are five miles east of Sandestin. We are the 1st house on the left on Allen loop off 30-A. Along 30-A there is an 18 mile jogging, walking and biking path.
What makes this House unique
No crowds but a short distance , 5 miles, to Sandestins Baytown Wharf and 12 miles east of Destin. Directly across the street from the beach access.

We have stayed in Santa Rosa Beach for the last five years. Phil's house is, by far, the best place we have ever rented. At first we were concerned because we were not on the beach, as in previous occasions, but we found it just a short walk to the beach, and not much of an inconvenience.
The kitchen is well stocked with all the tools you will need, and the outside grill is excellent. There's several bedrooms, and all were comfortable. We think we've found our "regular" place in SRB.
Great Location, Beach and Town!
What a GREAT vacation! Our family of 4 and a friend family of 4 absolutely enjoyed staying in this vacation home! The location and amenities are fantastic! The beds were comfortable, the pool was nice (shared but never busy), the kitchen had everything we needed, the outdoor shower was nice to have and the area/beach is not crowded and beautiful. Just a hop, skip and jump to the ocean! We enjoyed many evenings on the top deck! This is our 10th year in the panhandle and we have been to Santa Rosa 3 of the 10! Phil, the owner called to check on us as we arrived and answered any questions we had prior to arriving. Great to work with. Overall AMAZING trip!
Great time at the beach
Even though it rained each day we were at the beach, there was still plenty of things to do. Thanks to Phil again for letting us use his beach house. Everything was great. Plan on coming back next year. The accommodations could not have been better.
Phil is the best owner to rent from. The house is great for a family. Beach is right across the street and the pool is behind the house. Favorite part is the outdoor shower. Can get the kids all cleaned up and showered right from the beach. Great local food and the shopping square is walking distance. Concerts on the lawn on Sundays. We love 30a! Thanks Phil!!

We made great memories in this house. It’s across the street from the beach and in walking distance to great restaurants. Phil and Kay made us feel at home and I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

My family enjoyed their stay in this house. It was everything we wanted and needed. Pool out the back door and to the right. Beach out the front door to the right and across the street. It was so close! Everything was wonderful!

This is the first year to rent our home, 2015. We are at the west end of 30-A, 3 miles from Hwy 98. There is an 18 mile bike and walking trail along 30-A. We have a community pool in the backyard. Across the street from the beach access. A short walk, approx. 100 yards, to the Tom Thumb gas and convenience store.
