We are the proud new owners of 'Over the Top' in Destin's Crystal Beach. We are excited to offer this amazing beach home, and know your family will appreciate all the features of this home. No one knows the 'by owner' vacation rental business better than we do. We are fortunate to have been part of VRBO since its earliest days, and are honored to host you in any of our several vacation homes.

Why Jeff Marken chose Crystal Beach
After being regular visitors to Destin for more than two decades, we decided we wanted to invest in above-average homes, and keep them in top shape. These are not 'just rentals' that we minimally maintain. We live in Destin now, and greet all our guests, so we want to be proud of these homes. All of Destin's beaches are just amazing, but the Crystal Beach community is lower-density than other areas in Destin - no high-rise condos. It feels more like a quaint neighborhood with its white picket fences and sidewalks rather than a loud, busy resort.

4 floors of exterior decks, outstanding 4th floor observation deck. Outstanding private pool. Gulf front beach is directly across the street. White sand beaches, you just can't beat them! Crystal clear Emerald water. World class dining, shopping, fishing, and golfing!

Top Notch
This property was “Top Notch” As far as location to the beach, condition and room sizes and in great condition. First time we have ever rented a home for a great family vacation. There were 9 of us and everyone could have their own space! So close to restaurants and stores. We all loved the golf cart.
Would definitely rent this home again! We had a ball!

The house had everything we needed/wanted. Kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and tableware. House was well kept and pool was necessary. The golf cart was rarely used given it only seats 4 and we had 5 families staying. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay with Sugar Palm rentals if we return to Destin.

Absolute perfection!!
The house is extremely spacious, with very comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen was stocked with more than enough for 25+ people to eat and drink. I could not believe all that was in the cabinets. We spent many hours in or around the pool. One small issue was taken care of immediately and a personal call from Jeff to check in about it. I would recommend this home to anyone and everyone!

Great place!!!! Clean, private pool, and right across street from beach.
We had 10 adults and 3 children. No need to bring beach items. They had nice beach chairs, umbrellas, and boards for the kids with a cart to help you get it all to the beach. Private pool which everyone loved. The walk to the beach is right across the street. Be ready for vendors renting chairs to tell you that you are on a private beach, but private part is 20ft past high tide mark. First day we listened and went down to public beach a little farther down the beach, but I did some reading and this is a big issue in Destin.
If we return to destin we will try to get this house first. Communication with property management is very prompt. We were down there during hurricane Michael and we decided to ride it out and they communicated with us before, during, and after to make sure everything was ok.
