Absolutely amazing home!
Thank you Stephanie and Mike for allowing us to stay in your home. Breath taking views from this home is fantastic. Deer, eagles, raccoons and more in the neighborhood. Family reunion was a huge success thanks to this lovely place.
Going to be back twice a year!
Beautiful house in the pines
Very nice home on a very beautiful property. The home was very spacious and furnished well. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!!
Mike and Stephanie,
We enjoyed our home away from home!!
What A Wonderful Experience
To be honest, Stephanie and Mike were more like extremely concerned neighbors and friends, rather than hosts. They asked if there was anything that would make our stay any better - although given the beauty, cleanliness and the view of the property, such offers were simply obligatory. I have never stayed in a short term rental that was more beautiful, clean, amazing and hospitable, than theirs. I would truly give them 100 stars if i could, but this platform only allows 5. My family came from Spain to visit the Grand Canyon, and the experience could not have possibly been better. I am tempted and most likely will reach out to Stephanie and Mike in the future via postal mail and thank them for such a wonderful time. Most of all, we will certainly will visit their property again. It was picturesque and pristine. These days, short term rentals are more often than not sub-par, and the visitors have no choice but to stay there, no matter what conditions the property is in. Stephanie and Mike put the class and warmth back into what vacation rentals used to be. Brav-vo! If you're still reading this, i hope you realize that there's no better place to stay in Williams. From Spain to California, thank you Stephanie and Mike (and your sweet nephew David) Sincerely, Isabel, Pete, Alfredo, Ana, Alfredo, Ana, Felipe, and Ana (yes, that's a lot of Anas and Alfredos).
Jewel of Northern Arizona
This property provides a high-end, well-appointed resort experience in the midst of a tranquil lakeside setting. This was a long-overdue family vacay for 3 adult siblings and spouses and two college coeds home for the summer. The girls were kayaking from the shore at the house every chance they got. We brought a telescope and watched the stars, made Smores, and enjoyed the egrets, eagles, Canadian geese and deer that visited us. We loved that it was close to town and just minutes away from Kiabab and Dogtown lakes for daily fishing. The owners are gracious and accommodating, and very enjoyable to visit with about the home, features and tips about the lake and Williams. They provided a couple sets of binoculars that got great use at the house as well as at the Grand Canyon. The home was filled with thoughtful touches and we were most impressed with the quality of design and workmanship of the home itself. We can't wait to come back for another magical experience that this property and its owners provide.
Many of our guest enjoy visiting, shopping and eating in the many restaurants on Historic Route 66 in Downtown Williams, playing golf on Elephant Rocks Municipal Championship Golf Course, visiting Bearizona, a drive through wild animal park, riding the train or driving to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon (one of the 7 Wonders of the World) and within a short hour's drive visiting beautiful Oak Creek Canyon and Sedona or walking Walnut Canyon's Indian Ruins. Some of our guest come and return to our vacation home just to relax and spend their time in awe enjoying the home"s surrounding natural beauty and wildlife (including numerous species of birds and animals including eagles, cranes, hawks, Canadian geese, osprey, deer, elk to mention a few). Our home is lake front property to Cataract Lake that is stocked with trout, but also has catfish, bass and bluegill for the angler. A number of guests return during the holiday season bringing their children and grandchildren to ride the famous Polar Express on the Grand Canyon Railway which is only a five minute drive from our home.
