Renovated apartment of 65 m2 quietly located in the city center of St Jean de Luz with a reserved parking space in front of the entrance of the house.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday (except summer, the days can be modulated) and the week at least.
Apartment located on the 3rd floor, without elevator, in a house occupied only by the owner and including a lounge (flat screen tv), a kitchen (fridge freezer, washing machine, ironing board, iron, microwave) , mini oven, coffee maker, toaster ...), a bedroom with a bed 160 memory shape (nine) and a wardrobe, a room with 2 beds 90 (new) and a wardrobe, a bathroom (shower), an independent toilet.
Baby equipment: an umbrella bed, a high chair, a bathtub.
New double glazing with electric shutter.

There is internet access, but it is capricious, so I prefer not to guarantee full Internet access.
30% deposit.
A cleaning fee may be charged if the apartment is not clean.
No pets.
Payment of the rest of the rental price on the day of arrival.
Linen not provided (sheets and towels), possibility to rent sheets to the laundry at 350m, (Pressing Garbi Toki 16 Bd Victor Hugo 0559260094) or on the website Loclinge who delivers 7 days a week at home and returns to pick up your laundry to your departure.

Appartement agréable, exactement comme sur les photos. Beaucoup de lumière naturelle. Très bien situé à 5 minutes à pied de la gare, du très joli centre ville et des halles (marché tous les matins). Moins de 10 minutes à pied du centre de thalassothérapie et de la plage. Cuisine bien équippée pour cuisiner et beaucoup de restos sympas autour. Nous avons bien apprécié la place de parking réservée devant l'immeuble. Communication très facile et rapide avec la propriétaire par la messagerie et avec sa charmante maman sur place.

Wir waren eine Woche Ende Juli in St Jean de Luz und haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sehr gut und funktional eingerichtet, einzige Ausnahme: kein stabiles Wlan (Vorteile für "digital detox", Nachteil für pubertierende Mitreisende ;-) ). Die Lage ist perfekt für alle Arten von Ausflügen: sowohl Innenstadt als auch der Strand sind in kurzer Zeit fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Bahnhof sind sind es wenige Minuten Fußweg und man erreicht leicht benachbarte Städte wie Biarritz, San Sebastian oder Bilbao. Der Empfang durch die Mutter ist sehr herzlich, der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus sehr praktisch. Unsere Urlaubswoche war perfekt und wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn es uns wieder einmal nach Südfrankreich in diese Region verschlägt. Nous avons passé une semaine fin juillet à St Jean de Luz et nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans cet appartement. Il est très bien aménagé et fonctionnel, seule exception: pas de wifi stable (avantages pour la "digital detox", inconvénients pour les compagnons de voyage adolescents ;-) ). L'emplacement est parfait pour tous les types d'excursions: le centre-ville et la plage sont accessibles à pied en peu de temps. La gare est à quelques minutes à pied et on peut facilement rejoindre des villes voisines comme Biarritz, San Sebastian ou Bilbao. L'accueil de la mère est très chaleureux et le parking juste devant la maison est très pratique. Notre semaine de vacances était parfaite et nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans le sud de.
