Make yourself at home in this completely remodeled one bedroom / one bathroom unit with all new fixtures, appliances, lighting and flooring. The views from the living room and large deck of Lake Dillon Marina, Buffalo Mountain and the Ten Mile Range are breathtaking. Other features include a wood burning fireplace, DVD collection, high quality stereo sound system, flat screen TV's in living room and bedroom. The bedroom features a queen size pillow top bed with plenty of drawer and closet space, and separate sink and vanity. This unit truly sleeps 4 comfortably. Just slide the full panel screen across the living room to create a second bedroom with a pull out queen size sleeper couch with the benefits of TV, stereo, fireplace and great views. There is a small additional charge for parties larger than two. On the deck you'll find a gas grill and table with seating for four. There is a large outdoor hot tub, indoor sauna, showers and pool table in the clubhouse just steps away from the unit. East Bay also features covered garage parking.

Gorgeous condo on Lake Dillon; very comfortable with everything we needed. Recently renovated with excellent finishes. Great location in Summit County. Beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. We hope to be back!

True Gem of the East Bay

This Condo was perfect for our recent ski vacation. Nicely furnished, clean, and great location. The check in/out process was very easy thanks to great communication by the owner. This was one of the nicest properties that we have stayed in and would definitely book this property again.

Wonderful base camp for front side ski trips

We needed an affordable place close to Keystone and within reasonable distance of Vail. This was perfect. My son (20) found the couch a very comfy place to sleep, I enjoyed the bedroom, we had separate TVs, everything worked, was clean, well-stocked. Ten minute drive to slopes and exactly as described.

What makes this property unique

This was my home for 2 years. Having lived around water all my life and loving the mountains, I was sold the moment I walked into this unit. The views are truly breathtaking. I love to sail and kayak in the warmer months, hike, bike and fly fishing during spring and fall, and ski and board in the winter. The close proximity to Keystone, A-Basin and Copper Mountain Ski Resorts and the towns of Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco and Breckenridge also had a huge influence on me. All the conveniences of home close by.
