Why they chose this property

The house has a spectacular view and is situated within a lovely olive and orchard grove. It is a magnificent place ideal for all sasons of the year. It has even its own natural water spring used for irrigation. We produce our own extra virgin olive oil, which guests will have the opportunity to use as a special offer. I spend long periods of the year there since its serenity and beauty are ideal conditions for a creative artist. It is ideal to entertain friends and enjoy both the countryside and the sea.

What makes this property unique

Apart from the excellent views and the proximity to the sea the cultivated area around the house is full of olive trees, lemon, orange, tangarine, grapefruit trees and a few pearfruit trees, appletrees, almond and walnut trees. The house is nicely furnished and decorated with the owner's own artworks. There is as small basketball terain as well as an indoors table tennis.
