This fully air conditioned & spacious 3 bedroom villa is furnished to a very high standard & affords you all the comforts of home. Downstairs the living area is open plan. A modern fully equipped kitchen area is fitted with top of the range appliances including oven, hob, microwave oven, dishwasher & washing machine. The lounge area will accommodate 6 adults comfortably & features a 47'' LED TV with IPTV (100s of UK, American and EU channels including sports and movies) a DVD player with an extensive range of DVDs for your enjoyment & a CD player. The villa also has free WiFi. Ceiling fans add to the comfort of the room. There is also a WC on the ground floor. Leading off from the lounge through patio doors is a generous sized sun terrace ideal for relaxing & soaking up the sun or lazy evening BBQs using a fanastic 6 gas burner outback bbq. All the bedrooms are on the first floor with ample wardrobe & storage space. 2 of the bedrooms feature double beds & have access to a large balcony with sea views. The 3rd bedroom features twin beds. The master bedroom also has a luxurious marble en suite bathroom

Great spacious villa in excellent location

This villa has everything you could possibly need including a very generous welcome pack on arrival. Location is perfect for access to the paphos area, walking distance to anywhere in town. House is perhaps a little ‘tired’ in places and could maybe do with a little tlc but nothing that seriously affects your stay. Busy road adjacent to property so there is some traffic noise to contend with.

Nice villa in an excellent location

Excellent location, equally walking distance to the beach, and restaurants place. Convenient in many ways, spacious for a family of 4. Very easy and efficient communication with the owner of required. Had a great time and would certainly return.

A Great stay in Paphos

We knew the area having stayed in limnaria apartments before. This time we stayed in Dean's villa and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Dean is a top man , on our final day we had a late flight and he allowed us to put our cases in his villa as he had other guests arriving mid afternoon, not only that but when we came up from the beautiful pool area he let all 4 of us shower at his place before our taxi arrived. The communication with Dean was excellent and would recommend his villa to anyone thinking of using it.

Need’s updating

Nice size villa in a good Location. We stayed here in 2015 and all was good. Unfortunately this time was different. The air conditioning was not working, the t.v would not connect to any channels and the bedroom surfaces were very dusty. The air con and t.v were reported to Dean but during our 12 night stay were not fixed ( very sweaty nights for 5 adults). Out of the 6 pool loungers 4 were broke and we only had 3 lounger mattresses. We were given 2 more off Dean that were heavily stained and smelt quite musty. Basically the villa needs some tlc and thought for the people who are renting it.

Cudowny pobyt

To był najlepszy apartament w którym byłam na wakacjach. Właściciel bardzo pomocny z którym kontakt był cały czas. Doradził gdzie pójść, co odwiedzić. Blisko do morza, sklepów, barów i restauracji. Basen zaledwie minutę pieszo. Apartament dobrze wyposażony we wszystkie sprzęty: kuchnia, łazienki, sypialnie. Na ogrodzie grill z którego również korzystaliśmy - cudowna sprawa. Polecamy z całego serca!
