Two "2" large pools, fitness center, "get a work out in" outdoor grill & picnic area, directly on the Seawall, across the street from the beach, all the best restaurants and tourist attractions located within a few minutes of the Dawn. The balcony is accessed by way of the main living and master bed room. "NICE". Luxury furnishings with modern appliances and finishings. This unit is definitely one of the nicest in the community, come see for yourself! Yes "do you want a washer and dryer. This unit has it! Whether you are only here for the weekend, a week or a month. This unit and property is very accommodating for shot or long term stays. You may be interested in a smaller one bedroom and one bath condo on the beach. Sea Scape Condominium VRBO property ID#: 757603. A extremely beautiful 1 bdrm/1bath unit just down the seawall. Actually, on the beach. You owe it to your self to check it out. Call me. It's totally renovated, brand new furnishings, and located on the beach. Anyway, I ride my bicycle on the beach here. I play golf down the street. We are close to Pirates beach where Galveston Country Club is located. I my be out playing golf. A one bed room, one bath or two bedroom or two bath. Totally gorgeous units Enjoy :) Actually the two bedroom is my favorite. The "DAWN" I love IT.

There are stairs necessary to get into the condo. There are no elevators.

Great location and much better than a hotel stay!

The Dawn was a great central location to reach all of our Galveston activities - a dolphin tour, Seawolf Park, the Port Bolivar Ferry, and Moody Gardens. I especially enjoyed morning coffee watching the sun rise over the Gulf. The convenience of having a full kitchen and laundry, with grocery stores nearby, can't be beat. We'll definitely consider the Dawn for our next trip to Galveston!

Beautiful home, great property at prime location

This was the perfect getaway for us, two girl friends, who get together every other year for Thanksgiving. The condo is on the third floor, (no elevator) right across the Seawall at 61st with view on the beach. It’s a gated community and completely safe. The instructions and direction given were excellent and easy to follow. The place is nicely decorated, very clean, the kitchen well stocked (could use a larger frying pan) and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. (Items for the beach provided). The property includes a nice, although small, workout room, two pools and a hot tub. There was nobody in any of those when we were there so size did not matter. We really enjoyed our trip and got plenty of rest which is what we were looking for.

My Family had a Great Time!!!

Great location! Had a small hiccup at the beg of the trip but the property manager took care of it right away. Right across highway from beach. Pools were excellent!! Lots of things already in condo to use. Highly recommend!!

Calming sounds of the ocean, on the seawall. Easy to cross the seawall to the beach. This is a very nice beach. I hope you enjoy it, as much as I do. By the way. Do you like golf? Imagine starting your Galveston vacation, sitting out on the beautiful oceanfront balcony, enjoying your favorite beverage, eating the breakfast of your choice, and watching the ocean waves crashing on the seawall or beach, listening to the seagulls, and feeling the salt in the air! This condo reminds you of a 5 star resort, with all the amenities you can imagine.

The 2 large bedrooms, with 2 full bathrooms are perfect for a family of 6, with no problem. There is also a spacious pull out sofa bed in the den, with close access to a full bathroom with modern fixtures and large bath tub.

The Dawn is located in an extremely private, gated community, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, 2 resort style pools nearby, a heated spa tub, a picnic area, with a charcoal grill and picnic tables, and a full gym with elliptical weights and free weights.

There is a large flat TV screen in the living room, as well as the Master bedroom.

You'll feel like you are in a high-end tropical resort, with a full size washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and everything you'll need to prepare a great meal for your family. Just bring the food!

Moody Gardens is 1 mile away, and the popular Schlitterbaun Water Park is nearby. The historic downtown district is 4.7 miles away, and extremely close to all the popular attractions on the island.

The condo is large and spacious, not tiny, like other condos on the site.

The Master bedroom has an attached bathroom with double sinks, and a modern, glass enclosed shower. The second bedroom has a large, King size bed with a spacious bathroom with granite counter tops and large bathtub, steps across from the bedroom.

We tried to include everything in the modern kitchen, that you could possibly need, as well as a DVD player for unlimited movies, and high-speed internet.

Please add 15% for required taxes, $95.00 for cleaning fee and $75.00 refundable damage deposit. For bookings within 45 days, we require full payment immediately, to confirm the reservation.   • 50% refund if cancelled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival date.
