Located on the Indian River, just 1.25 miles from the Melbourne Causeway and 2.0 miles from the Eau Gallie Causeway. This is a paddle board, surfing, biking, active, artistic community. It's a short 5 min. drive to the beach. Pet friendly (for up to 2 dogs) fenced in back yard. Local and international top surfing beaches. Convenient to Cocoa Beach, Orlando attractions, Melbourne airport 1 mile, Orlando airport 55 miles.

It's roomy and clean

The neighbors are quiet, the bed was great, the washer and dryer a bonus. We enjoyed being able to watch the space launches even though we were 25 miles away. the nearby old town has some great restaurants. The beach was a 10 minute drive and they have a nice park with rest rooms. Melisa is a excellent host you call she calls right back. would we stay again in a heart beat. 100% satisfied.

Melissa is a great hostess.

The house is smaller than we thought. We missed having a covered back porch and grill. It was very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. The location is good, close to stores, and right between 2 of the bridges that go out to the beaches. You couldn’t ask for a nicer hostess.

Everything close by

House was not ready at check in time had to wait a couple hours. House was very clean. We had a great month. Beaches, restaurants and stores were all close. Fenced in yard was great for our dog. Loved keyless entry until battery died and we were locked out. Waited about half hour for owner to get us in and change the battery. Even though we had a few issues Melissa always responded and tried to fix them. We would rent there again. Thank you Melissa for a wonderful month.

This house is our favorite place to be! We thoroughly love unplugging our electronics and spending the days on the beach and the nights with friends dining out or walking around at festivals, markets and art district in downtown Melbourne or EauGallie..Vintage antique shops surround the area as well as a ton of amazing seafood dining spots and live music venues. Just a 15 mile drive to Cocoa Beach for nightly entertainment or dining. There are dozens of state parks to enjoy.

Why they chose this property

This property is in a quiet neighborhood on the Indian River. We can walk to Dunkin Donuts or ride bikes to Starbucks. It is a mile from the house to the bridge to fish or shrimp, put in the kayaks and paddle boards. Pier access 2.5 miles away is free to fish. Enjoy the Spacecoast in our quiet home away from home.
It is a must experience for every family!

What makes this property unique

We offer a fenced in backyard for dogs. We are just 5 minutes to the best surfing beach in Florida. Check out local surf contests, art shows, weekend running races or Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studieos, Epcot, Animal Kingdom just 50 miles away. Cape Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center are 30 minutes, or Cocoa Beach 15 miles away for awesome surf and sun. Sebastian Inlet is a beautiful beach for picnicing, fishing or water sports with a small fee to enter the state park.
