Nice apartment in a good location
The apartment was clean and in good condition. It looks like a very nice area. It was very cold and snowy when we were there so timing wasn't right to walk anywhere. We didn't have any issue parking our rental car on the street close to the apartment. Restaurants were an easy 2 miles away. It was nice having new appliances available. Basic kitchen items were provided although we would have liked a few more things (kitchen towels, paper towels or napkins). Overall it was quiet although we would hear people walking in the apartment above. The owner was responsive and we appreciated staying in his lovely place.

We enjoyed the days that we stay in, and the sceney is nice though it is full of snow, the nearby lake is iced frozen, we really love viewing them. The daily life is quite convenient. No matter we met any problem, the owner reponsed quickly and friendly. A period of rich and deep memory in MN for us

This is a spacious and well maintained property. The owner is very responsive and addresses any issues immediately. One of its best features also has a little downside. It is set into a bluff. While this makes for great views and some privacy, it means you do have to climb some stairs even though it is the first floor of a duplex. Not a problem unless you have mobility issues.
he house is located in the Kenwood neighborhood, one of the most exclusive areas of Minneapolis and a few blocks from the Minneapolis Sculpture garden and Walker Art Center, and downtown Minneapolis. Also conveniently between Cedar Lake, Lake of the Isles and Lake Calhoun with many walking/biking trails. Close to Downtown, Uptown, and U of M and 1 block from the bus lines or $8 cab ride.
