It has a bedroom with a full bathroom, a hairdryer and a comfortable bathtub where you can enjoy a relaxing and pleasant bath.

Great for a couple. Clean and airy. Great location

The host picked us up from Aviles and showed us around. It is about a 40 min drive from Aviles, but we caught a train into Aviles for a day. Great location- on the train line but very quiet as only a few trains a day. 2 km from beach. some great hikes around the headland to San Esteban.

Fenomenal.

Mercedes es encantadora y se preocupa mucho por sus inquilinos. El atico esta limpio y es muy acogedor. Es comodo y se han cuidado mucho los detalles. Está situado cerca de cudillero y muy cerca está la playa de aguilar que es espectacular. Ahora ya tiene wifi y tambien un gran ventilador que va fenomenal. La cama es bajita pero muy cómoda. La cocina está muy bien equipada. Lo recomiendo para pasar unas buenas vacaciones.

Appartement très agréable. Un petit bijou.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans l'appartement de Mercedes. Nous nous y sommes bien plu. C'était très calme. L'appartement est propre et très agréable. De plus nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mercedes, très ponctuelle et qui nous a indiqué une bonne adresse de restaurant situé un peu plus loin que la plage d'Aguilera.

Todo perfecto, muchas gracias Mercedes

Apartamento muy comodo y completo. Puesto con mucho gusto y detalle. No para personas con movilidad reducida al no tener ascensor. Fácil de acceder desde autopista. Playa no lejana pero precisa automóvil. Muy bien situado, se pueden hacer muchas excursiones por los alrededores. La propietaria, Mercedes, muy agradable y siempre atenta a cualquier problema. En resumen, muy recomendable. Volveremos.
