Bring the Kayak or the boat. Our home has it all. Situated with direct water access, dock (NO WATER OR POWER, NO LARGE BOATS), fish cleaning station, pool, pool table, game room and so much more. Our home offers plenty of parking for friends, family, boat trailer, jet skis or an R.V, so bring all the toys, you’ll be glad you did!

Conveniently located to a short walk to the beach and directly on the Matanzas Inlet, you will enjoy the spectacular water view from the pool or screened in lanai. This beautifully decorated three (3) bedroom, two (2) bath home with private pool, and plenty of parking is perfect for your St. Augustine vacation!

Sunset Harbor has three bedrooms, two baths, HDTVs, terrific furnishings, living room, fully stocked kitchen, family room, fenced-in private pool. A large poolside patio with plenty of seating and outstanding views of Matanzas inlet. This is an upscale and yet very comfortable place to stay, and we invite you to make it your home when you come to St. Augustine!

The kids will have plenty of room to play by the pool, patio and large fenced in yard. Our in-ground pool offers a splash of pure refreshment on a balmy Florida day. Add the family into the mix, and you have memories of a lifetime.

If it’s time for inside enjoyment, you will love your own game room. Whether is time for a card game, board game or you just want to shoot a game of pool, you have plenty of room and have it all and did I mention there’s also a 47” flat screen to watch all of your favorite sporting events, it’s all yours.

You'll want to stay outdoors long into the evening, so pick up some refreshments and snacks or even some take-out and enjoy a dinner in the screened in lanai or poolside, either way you can enjoy the breeze.

When it's time to go indoors, you'll be delighted by the breeziness of silent ceiling fans supplementing the central air-conditioning and the comfortable décor welcoming you to a place of relaxation.

When it’s time to lay down after a long day of adventures with the family, you’ll love the extremely comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV and private full bath located in the master suite. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom consists of a two (2) twin size beds. But don’t worry, there are also two (2) futons.

After staying just once, you’ll probably be planning your next vacation to stay with us again at Sunset Harbor.

Awesome Property

We loved the house it was absolutely beautiful. Loved the yard and the short walk to the beach. The pool was awesome and we fished off of the pier. We would definitely stay again if we go back to St Augestine.

Sunset harbor delight

Perfect, perfect place to stay in At. Augustine. Pool, house, yard and immediately across the street from the beach. Heaven! Bring towels!!

Beach house

The house overall was wonderful! It offered us everything we needed and so much to do. We used the pool, the dock, and walked to the beach. There was so much space for the 8 of us. The only downfall was that the house wasn’t very clean. The management may just need a new cleaning company. We had a lot of sugar ants and saw some other usual Florida bugs. If we stayed longer we would have requested a pest guy to come out. Those are easy fixes though and we would absolutely go back!

Wonderful Stay

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Sunset Harbour, the location was perfect, the area was rich in history . It was truly a wonderful experience. The house was beautiful and it was a short walk to the beach. We will be back! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your area.
