A haven of exclusive tranquillity close to England’s warmest and most southerly point, Parc Bean provides luxury self-catering accommodation in a unique setting in west Cornwall. The house has a superb location overlooking the Cornish coast and commands breathtaking sea and coastal views. Situated at the tip of the Lizard peninsula (an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty), Parc Bean is an idyllic location.

The property is equipped with Sky TV, wi-fi, dvd player and a wood burner.

Two minute walk down to the beach (Non Swimming Beach, but stunning to walk along, dog friendly and you can often spot seals, and have even seen a whale!). Coastal paths in both directions with lovely walks and breathtaking views. 5 minute drive and 20 minute walk to safe swimming beach very child friendly. Lovely pub within five minutes walk with great food. 15 minute drive and 45 minute beautiful walk across cliff paths with stunning views to picturesque Porthleven Harbour, shops and restaurants including Rick Stein.

Peace and tranquility

We booked Parc Bean due to its location and we were not disappointed at all, from the moment we arrived we felt relaxed, listening to the sea and seeing how it changes without any interruption was breathtaking. We were lucky to see seals too and our dog loved her morning walks on the beach before exploring the local coastlines. This was a special trip to celebrate my dads love of Cornwall and Parc Bean allowed us to create new memories that will live with us forever, this is a unique magical home that made us all smile, thank you.

Beautiful house and location

The house is unique, and the location could not be any better if you like the sea and the beach, and peace and quiet. We had a great holiday.

The property (Parc Bean) is just plain Stunning! The location is private, open and yet secure. The grandkids (4 & 6) loved playing in the well-maintained yard and playing on the nearby pebble beach. The upstairs master bedroom looks out over the ocean and down the beach and the cove. The kitchen worked well for the 6 of us. The furniture was inviting and comfortable. The only issue I had with this property is that we planned to visit many of the amazing nearby sites. The house is so completely enjoyable, with the beach and the ocean side hiking we ended up just staying "home" for 4 of our 7 days. this really is a Home away from Home.
