Key features are: a 1st floor Master suite with king bed, large flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and living room, free bikes and beach wagon for the easy stroll to the beach, and free high speed WIFI. The custom kitchen is fully equipped and easy to cook in. Family and friends can share many memories around the large wooden dining table that is the focal point of the great room. There is a private outdoor patio with a new Weber gas grill. To make your vacation more enjoyable and virtually hassle free we provide all linens, beach chairs, bikes, cooler and much more.
Use the free bikes to explore all of the natural beauty that SeaPines has to offer. Cool off after a day at the beach in the pool that is just steps away-heated and cooled for 8 months of comfort.
Check in is a breeze as we mail your vehicle pass and door code ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need for a stop at security. Just head straight to the villa, park right in front, and hit the sand!

Nice, spacious place, easy walk to the beach

Nice place, close to the beach. We particularly enjoyed the Weber gas grill for fresh local seafood, our go to meal most nights. Open plan kitchen with a large island was also a plus.

Amazing Stay in Hilton Head

We had such a great time in Hilton Head. This home was perfectly located between the beach and the Sea Pines village. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Checking in was a breeze and we tried to leave it as clean as it was when we got there! The two bikes were perfect for exploring the island and Jessica gave us great restaurant recommendations. We would absolutely stay at their home again.

Great location

Easy bike ride to Sea Pines beach club. Owner very responsive to issues: toilet not flushing upon arrival. A lot of mold in the primary bedroom shower. This property needs a deep clean and some updating, specifically the bathrooms. The description calls the property "beautifully updated" when that is not the case.
