FULL SOUTH - 10 BED VILLA

Superb Arcachonese and independent studio on 600 m² of wooded land, with heated swimming pool (winter swimming pool from November to March) and spa (except during the months of June to August), 5 minutes from Moulleau beach. All the charm of a holiday villa with complete equipment for a peaceful holiday.
2 Bedrooms with queen size beds + 1 studio with 2 140 cm beds, 3 bathrooms, also a mezzanine with a 140 bed (note reduced height).
Complete garden furniture (deckchairs, tables, chairs, BBQ).
Household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels ...) is not provided, possibility to contact the dry cleaners next to the villa (ask the owner for a phone).
A certificate of resort insurance will be requested as well as the signing of the rental contract and the payment of a deposit of 3000 € uros.

Fabuleux séjour

Parfait pour un séjour au calme en famille .la maison est idéalement située pour rayonner en vélo à Arcachon et vers le Pyla . Nous avons été acceuillis par Christelle qui est une personne formidable très à l'écoute et disponible . Je recommande cette location.

Une petite maison qui a tout d’une grande !

Notre famille a adoré la semaine passée dans cette maison. Elle parait plus petite sur les photos qu’elle ne l’est en réalité. L’intérieur est spacieux, confortable et très bien pensé. L’exposition parfaite de la piscine et de sa terrasse fait qu’il fait bon rester chez soi (on s’y croirait presque). Et, ce qui ne gâte rien, les propriétaires ont rédigé une charte pleine d’humour à l’usage des locataires et l’intendance est formidablement prise en main par une Christelle charmante. Bref, on recommande chaleureusement !
