Surrounded by mature shrubbery and trees, this beautifully appointed Rosemary home is 'Tucked Away' in a lush sanctuary from your everyday pace. A semi-private back yard with wooded views and rocking chairs is the perfect place to spend a lazy summer morning, with the brilliantly green West Kingston Park as your backdrop. With wrought iron details, antique furniture, and classic fabrics, this timeless home can be enjoyed in any season. You'll also appreciate thoughtful touches, an enclosed outdoor shower that opens directly into the downstairs half bath. Upstairs you'll find the two king master bedrooms, each with private baths. In the master suite, arched French doors open to a covered, private balcony. There is a Sleep Nook (perfect for one small child) with Twin bed under the stairs off the main living area, allowing you to accommodate up to 5 guests.

We also provide you with an easy-to-use activity site with not only activity information but easy access to our live Destination Guides who can help you book activities and answer any questions you may have. Your reservation includes complimentary activities every day of your stay! Your complimentary offers include but are definitely not limited to: Baytowne Adventure Zone, Bluewater Bay Golf Club, Emerald Bay Golf Club, Regatta Bay Golf Club, Windswept Dunes Golf Club, Reef Beach Paddleboard and Kayak Rental, and Vacayzen Backpack Beach Chair & Umbrella Set.

Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Rosemary Beach creates the feeling of luxury both inside and outside of your home. Your days will consist of leisurely strolls and bike rides through the quaint streets of the community to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Sparkling emerald water and sugar white sand await your family's long lasting beach memories. Guests of all ages will enjoy the various boutique shops and phenomenal dining venues on the popular Rosemary Town Square. When you are ready to explore more of 30A, you can hit the bike paths to visit neighboring communities such as Inlet Beach, Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach.

Parking
Tucked Away has designated parking for two vehicles in the driveway.

Parking in the Rosemary Beach community may be challenging. Not all properties have designated parking. Please keep in mind, properties with designated garage access may not accommodate larger vehicles. Permitted on-street parking is available on a first come, first served basis. On-street parking is only permitted if your car is parked in a lined parking space with a valid parking permit/hang tag. Tags are limited to a certain number for each home. Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. Permits/hang tags are not required for vehicles parked in private garages or driveways. The Rosemary Beach Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking regulations. 30A Cottages will not be liable for any fine or towing expense incurred by any guest staying in, or visiting, your home.

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking
~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
